    I'm back again with a new lot and this time it's CC free. Meaning that once the launcher behaves it will be uploaded to the exchange.

    Picina Verdia has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen with dinning area and breackfast nook, garage and study.It's main feature is the wrap around pool that is around the 3 sides of the house.
    Furnished: 326,841$
    Unfurnished:145,465$
    The lot is completely CC free. The only content used are patterns and store content. Also used all SPs and EP aavilable at the moment

      What an absolutely gorgeous modern build! I just LOVE the architecture! The pool area with the outside dining area looks so cool! Inside, I like all the funky colours you have used for the rooms! Good job! I wish I could recommend! Good luck with the uploading! :D

      Another fantastic build! Love the lush landscaping and splashes of colour everywhere. The architecture is a stroke of pure genius! Love how you used the glass fencing in those pillars. :thumbup: The interiors are gorgeous: my fave room has to be the living room, with the purple and orange. Who would have known those colours worked so well together!? This home just is'nt a home without your personal touch! Those little details (like the pool under the stairs, for example) make all the difference.

      Great work Geminia. I gave you a rec for the story and an imaginary rec for the lot!!
