I'm still working on it, and I really like it! The landscaping will increase it ten fold. Especially now that I'm armed with the power that is Allium's Landscaping tutorials!!
You know how I sign all my lots descriptions? Well i just saw that someone copied my french apartment building(I alredy new ther were a few copies) but this person had the nerve to use the SAME description but with 1 thing different.
This French inspired building has downtown views, close proximity to everything, and sharp amenities. There are five units, two on the second and third floors and a penthouse. All but two are completely furnished. This building has two gyms, an aquarium, and fantastic communal outdoor spaces. Enjoy! =YNXYZ= THATS ME

I havent' been able to open the reply window for the last couple days. Hopefully I'll be able to post!
Smokey-I love it! The bed in the master is great! I'm happy to see the corner shelves being used, I have them and always thought they looked to big before placing them, but they're not..good to know! Your use of clutter is really good. Don't worry about the door, I've lived in houses with attached garages with no indoor enterace!
Mickey-Your house is looking really good so far. The bathroom is a bit to gold for my taste though. I would use a cream for the plumbing fictures and the grout. The garden is beautiful, very nice gazebo! Nice hole
Micky-the sim awards sound really cool! And hey....Happy Birthday! I hope your having an awesim time!
Alpha-I love converse, they are my favorite shoe! The house looks great! i'm so happy you decided to continue!
Lets see it this goes through!
EDIT-Yes! It worked, and quickly too!
Newbie builder, long time Sims player here. I'm hoping that I might be welcome here for feedback and advice while I tackle my next project (only my second build ever)

Posted this on Fidlerten's Showcasing thread too, but going to copy what I posted over there and post it here too. I am a feedback junky I guess. Lol.
Alright, got some landscaping done with this WIP of mine. Would have been done sooner, but deciding how I wanted to do the pool took FOREVER. Without further ado, pictures.
Feel free to comment as you see fit. I value any feedback I can get. Even if I end up ignoring it for the current build, I still value it for learning and future builds. My primary interest is hearing how the combinations of fencing work or don't work visually.
From the earlier stages, many commented there was a lot of brown. I was going to add some more color to the building itself, but decided against it. Based on the inspiration building, I really want to stay true to the basic monochromatic, industrial feel of the color for the building itself. So the colors I have added have pretty much all been through plants, decor and the outdoor furniture. I think with the landscaping done, there are enough other colors now to break up the brown. Am I safe in that thinking or do I still need to tweak?
Meestermark, the style is amazing, very modern and I think the industrial look is good - you have added a lot of a very nice shade of blue in there which compliments the brown beautifully.
There is a plant in there though, and it does it in my garden which is a particularly luminous shade of lime green. To me it jars and I have put it in my gardens a couple of times and then taken it out. So it might just be my personal dislike of this plant!
How on earth did you do this? Back to the cfe drawing board with me!
On a forum some of us were talking about homes we once lived in, really lived in. So I decided to try and recreate a house I lived in some 20, maybe 25 years ago. It was on the med coast of Turkey, halfway between Izmir and Ephesus. There is a coast road now, there wasn't then. It was built by a guy who was working on a hotel building site, and he managed to bring home enough stuff to build a house on a plot of land he owned. We had fresh water for one hour a day, the only shower that worked was outside, the rest were decoration. I loved it. I spent five summers there from May to September......... piccys, but no upload!

OH Downstairs - I really did paint murals all over the walls!
Nice work bergcrys. It's got an elegant Victorian thing going on, probably what you were after. I rather like the pattern in the living room/dining area and kitchen. Also the bathrooms look super. The pergola is super cool as well.
jadedcat1983 I realy like your pictures. Great idea.
I viewed all of the creations and think they all great ideas.
Juliababyjen I like your color scheme and your upstairs landing
XOX1 thanks for commenting on my house. I value your opinion
MeestorMark what a beautiful lot. I like your landscaping.
PINKLADY1 thanks. I'm glad you like my bathtubs. Feel free to use any of my ideas. I am flattered.
darkside266 thanks for your advice and views. I am using your advice of putting the furniture in first. The dream master bedroom and its walk in closets, sitting room and bathroom do take a lot of space. But, it is a dream home after all. Looking for a place to escape.
These are my updates of my project house.
