  I would also like to know if anybody will do CC requests. I want wavy hair to make my Me-Sim but all I can find are super straight or annoyingly curly.

  You are posting at the wrong site for CC this is the official sims 3 site so has only a fraction of the CC out there. If you want alot of CC you will have to visit one of the sites listed below they have tons of it.
