Ugh my god! Im about to rip my hair off!!!

My game is having minor issues here thats really annoying. So I open the game, right? then It brings me to the loading screen. After about 4 min of watching the bar go all the way to the other side and load the menu appears. Only I can't click on anything cause I get a message saying "We are not sure if your Sims 3 disc is a valid copy. Please contact the costumer support"

Okay so I have to do this about like 3 or 4 times before it'll acually work and I can play it and by then like 15 min have already passed by. Can someone please help me?

I know its annoying but as long as your game finally works thats something, for some its stops working altogether.

No thats not it. I checked and it's fine. Maybe i'll try customer report but idk cause it works fine sometimes lol but I'll wait for the patch and if it still happens, then definitely
