Modern Sharing Starter is a lovely home!

The flowerboxes in front area are pretty.Very nice outdoors dining and gardening patio. The interior furnishing and open plan layout is lovely. Very nice green, grey and white colors, and great keyboard corner.

for such nice comments about my Sharing Starter home. Money became a little tight but I was able to put 2 single beds so I think it would be great for students sharing a little home or it could be a rental. I am pleased you like the outdoors and the keyboard

I do try to add fun and skill objects in starters when I can. Thanks again.

Romantic waterfall Pool is a lovely outdoors living patio!

Very nice design and great pool area. The waterfalls are pretty.The hot tub pergola is very nice and restful loungers and chairs. The bar corner is great and very nice firepit and music area.

Both patios are very nice

BG Romantic Terrace is a lovely musical patio

Very nice peaceful sitting and reading corner.The shelving is very nice, and great patio design. The flowers are pretty,
The other patio is a great teen hangout

The street art is great and very nice vending machine,music,tv and dart areas.Teens will enjoy hanging out there.

Outdoor Dining is a lovely outdoors living and dining patio

The sunken tv watching and sitting area is great! Very lovely dining area and pretty fountains. The flowerbeds are very nice and pretty string lights.

It is a very lovely park!

Very sweet kids playhouse and very nice pool and waterfalls.The kids outdoors play areas are great, and very nice easel painting and woodworking area. Sims will enjoy eating outdoors at the picnic table. Very nice gardening patch and great green house. The inside study desks and cross stitching room is lovely.
Justin is handsome

It is great that he is the gardener for the park.

I had a lot of fun deciding what to create with that tiny shell, I am glad you like so much about the park and its activities I managed to get on that lot

It is a very great renovated factory maker space!

The sloped roofing is great and very nice gardening area. It is such a very detailed build! There are many crafting activity areas throughout the build! Very nice furnishing of each interior and outdoors area.
