Casa al Mare is a lovely villa! @masajo Very nice exterior design and arch windows. The pool and outdoors dining patio is very nice, and restful outdoors sitting nook. Very lovely interior furnishing and very nice open plan layout of the living areas. The white and black colours are very nice. The windows dining area is lovely for eating meals. The study is very nice.
Dusty Turf Apartments is a lovely units build! @gmcrozier Very great exterior design and nice brown colour. The pool patio is great and nice outdoors dining corner. The interior layout is great and lovely furnishing of the ground floor units.

Cyberpunk Karaoke is a very creatively designed karaoke bar! @luckyheather The cyberpunk robot repair shop theme and design is great! Very nice colors and great design of the robot on the roofing! The spaceships on the roads, and the wall decor on the exterior and interior walls are great. The furnishing of the interior to suit the theme is done so very well! Very great design of both levels. The karaoke and bar upper level is lovely and the repair shop lower level is very creative and great.
Thanks so much @rosemow for that great detailed review of my Karaoke Bar, I had such fun creating it, but some of the older gallery art I used made the lot 5mb so I had to delete some to get it to 3mb to upload so thats why it took longer. Im glad that you like the Robot repair theme it has
It is a very lovely pool and bar patio! @luckyheather The design is very nice and relaxing blue and white colors.The loungers are very nice for resting in the sun and having a drink from the bar. The canopies corner sitting areas are lovely and great massage areas. The fountains and waterfall are pretty.

Retro Vibes is a very lovely retro livingroom! @luckyheather Very nice yellow,blue and brown colors and great bar corner.The tv watching,reading and knitting areas are lovely. Sims will enjoy listening to the music there. The layout is great.
It is a very lovely teen ranch bedroom @luckyheather Very nice grey and white room colours and great study desk corner. The wood texture of the furniture is very nice. The wall shelving is great and very nice dressing and guitar music corner.
