Thank you @LeucosiaX I hope you like the Bar for your sims, I tried to add plenty to do despite only being able to use Eco Lifestyle and base game, I would normally add dance floors where the Jukebox is I do like a challenge though.

Each of your homes are lovely! @fujicakes1 Very nice exterior design of each one and great windows. The interior furnishing is very lovely. The bedrooms designs are very nice in each one.
Riviera Dream is a very pretty and peaceful garden patio! @luckyheather Very nice design and lovely furnishing using items from the new kit. The waterfalls and pool area is lovely, and very nice raised platform canopy bar area. The loungers are restful.
Thank you @rosemow I just had to use that lovely new kit, I think I will use it a lot. Yes the waterfalls are so lovely and that pergola is beautiful in all swatches. I am pleased you like how I used the new items its always exciting to use new things :)
Larry’s Lagoon Rebuild is a great university commons build! @tatselk Very nice modern style design. The fountains feature is pretty. Very lovely interior furnishing of each area. The red and blue colours are very nice. The dining area is great.

Modern Cottage Starter is a lovely starter home! @luckyheather Very nice front porch firepit sitting area. The flowers are pretty. The outdoors dining and fountain area is very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice wood texture of the furniture. The white, grey and brown colours are calming and pretty, leafy curtains.

Romantic French Bistro is a very beautiful bistro! @luckyheather Very pretty pink and white colors and lovely furnishing.The piano and violin music corner is very nice and pretty flowers on either side of the entry. The patterned flooring is very nice.
