I’m excited for this one. They have released the two kits and I think they released the two stylish updates? Maybe not….does the season of love go through just July or does it go tell August as well?

I'm excited too! I think they will announce the expansion in the next few weeks, since we are heading in June and I think the expansion will release at the end of July like the last few years! I don't think the stylish updates have been released as one of them I believe is the hair style that we are getting in July and the other one looks like new nails and maybe some other cas assets.
I think June. This prediction is not based on past releases, but more about the tension that I feel. Something feels off to me. Rushed. Like something very disruptive is coming, and a backlog of packs need to be released before that disruption or they might never get sold.

The last 3 years in a row, packs have come out the last half of July on a Thursday. Cottage Living came out July 22, 2021. High School years came out July 28, 2022. Horse Ranch came out July 24, 2023. My best guess is the Romance EP would be July 25th, 2024. Usually they announce it 3-4 weeks in advance so we'd get a trailer June 27th.

These are exactly the dates I’m expecting too. It also makes sense given that the roadmap extends to the end of August. I really don’t see us getting the EP in June (or early July) as then there’s nothing much left to come (just a hairstyle?) for two months.

What disruption?
You know how it feels before a storm when it is still calm, but you see birds rushing out of the area? Something is coming to the general computer world that is bigger than EA. EA knows what it is and are preparing for it, whatever it is.
Sims 5 will be nothing like how Sims 4 started. Not only will Sims 3 be unplayable, but I think Sims 4 will also be unplayable. We will never have the time after the game finishes like we did for the previous games. We will only have Sims 5 to play on whatever technology that we have at that time. Changes that we cannot imagine are coming.
I was talking to my mom that the pandemic started a little over 4 years ago and she cannot make sense of that because of how much has changed in that time. I don't think we have seen anything yet. I expect at least double the changes in the next 4 years. I think we are getting the EP in June and lots more stuff this year. I will have a great time while I can. Whatever comes is what comes. I will enjoy today. I will buy everything that comes out even if I can only play with it for a limited time, because some of it may never even have time to go on sale before I no longer own technology that can play it. EA is not the problem. They are just trying to survive the changes.
I'm hoping it's this week. If it is the teaser it will probably get announced Wednesday for the Trailer on Thursday. I prefer the trailer on Tuesday but Maxis prefers Thursday.
If it isn't this week it will definitely be next week.
It’ll probably be announced on the 27th, so a little less than two weeks from now. The leak mentioned preorders starting on June 27th, and the last few packs had preorders starting on their announce day.
