. It shouldnt be. Simgirl said she heard it so I presumed she saw it as well?

Off topic but is the nectar actually playable (real gameplay object) or just decor? I LOVE the new coffee machine, it's actually the first everone we have received with a paid DLC in The Sims 4 since the base game ones…about time! <3

From what I've seen the Riviera Retreat kit has a functional (fancy) nectar tray.

@ULIBABA66 The nectar tray @Omri147 mentioned is interactive but the options are really limited. You don't get to choose what drink is served.

@EA_Cade I’d definitely be posting what I build with the bistro kit but I’m not very good with photo accounts. 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s good to see other players builds. 😊

I really like the bistro kit as it’s more my vibe and am having fun. 😊 Thank you for all you do.
Liking Little Bistro Kit! French cafe vibes. 😊☕️🌞

Just a quick shot of what a hard workin' man Daniel Pleasant is or is he waiting for the maid to arrive to check out his new pool items? Hmmm

No it's decor but the little trailer preview showed a sim using a nectar bottle at the table. I don't understand.

Okay, I just have to be a troublemaker for a second, and wonder why they use the term "grab drink"? Now, I don't know about anyone else, but being how I am, I had to give this a try. I just tried to "grab" my drink and successfully doused myself and all nearby surfaces with water. I wonder if I practice "grabbing" my drink, if I could get better at it like a Sim?

Makes me wish there was an appropriate animation for this in the game. :D

    Okay, carry on.

Love the new kits. 😊 I just wish the pergolas we have for the game would be sheltered somehow. Instead, I have to build a gazebo of sorts to get an area that's covered.

I experimented today with making a room inside the new pergola, but I wanted to keep the open feel and show off the item design. Tried using a glass roof and knocking out the walls under it. If anyone has a good idea for making these lovely items more practical, please share. 🙂

Roof level down for gameplay, so not showing. Plants are fully sheltered under the roof.

Roof level up, so visible. Everything is protected from the rainy weather.

Checking out the maroon curtains too. I used MOO to attach curtains to one side. They match the thinner curtains on the pergola.

BTW, that flooring is from the other kit: Cozy Bistro.

Awesome idea! Why did I never think of rebuilding that bistro! Been lots and lots of times in Paris, bistro is close to my heart. This might easily be my first bought kit ever.

Clumsy Sims should definitely get an animation for this! 😝

I don’t mean to sound sexist but I’d say a dude named that interaction. Me personally, I’d grab that drink firmly in order to move it to my face. Come to think of it, I unintentionally break stuff all the time. Makes me wonder…

Great Bistro build, it looks just like the original rabbithole! Magnolia Promenade is the perfect place for it too. Nice one! 👍🏼

I love both kits. I’m not sure what to think about one particular missing object though, 💢‼️, but it doesn’t seem to bother many others so I won’t make a big deal out of it.
Luckily I’m off today, sort of - … - and I‘ve finally made the decision to replace the Karaoke bar in the San Myshuno spice district with a traditional Irish pub that I’m currently building. Fun galore, pints for all! 🍻

I love that bistro. If only we could have one with usable living appartments over it like in so many cities.

Has anyone notice the similarities between the new Nectar Tray (Riveria/Bistro Kit) with the Ice Tea Tray (Backyard), Juice Tray (Spa Day) & Candy Drinks (For Rent)? :*

Does Cozy Bistro have premade bistros or do you have to build one?

Plz post your pub piccies here when done.

@alanmichael1 I love that rock fountain bit in the middle of your pool.

My Dream Home Decorator was called to renovate a (self-built) bowling club, a big 1970s building with much orange and pink from City Living. I thought "No way that the Bistro Kit will fit". But the owner liked brown and piano and here we go ...

Yes, many men are rather grabby, so you might be right about that. :p

Perhaps it's the way I interpret what a "grab" is...like a quick, snatching action. Doing such would no doubt spill my libations or foam up a bottle of ale (had that happen more than once) even with a firm hand, and t'would be such a shame to waste good drink. But maybe others don't interpret a "grab" that way. So Grabby Grabbington Sim can drink their water or juice or nectar just fine.
