Icarus is a great space rocket building and research centre for Strangerville! @masajo The exterior design is great and very nice black and white colours throughout the build. The design of the interior research areas are very nice, and the reception area is very nice to greet sims as they enter. The furnishing of the upper level apartment is lovely. Very nice open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The outdoors rocket launching area is great.

Anyways... I'm excited to share this cool project I've been working on—a miniature build inspired by a LEGO set I stumbled upon. I call it "The Derivative."
It features four unique units, a cozy café/bar on the ground floor, and even a mini playground.
The Derivative is a very lovely apartments and cafe/bar build! @manicpot8to The exterior design is very nice, and very lovely furnishing of each of the units. Each are designed very well, and great layout of each one. The cafe and bar area is lovely. It would be a great place for all the sims that live in each of the units to meet together and have a drink. The playground is very nice, and great hot tub balcony.

Thank you so much. In all reality, the notion of it struck me when my hubby and I were driving back home from MA. This was the third week away from home. Suddenly I saw in my mind's eye the front of this dwelling. I had to build it twice, because I blew the 'towers' on the front. Weird as to when and how inspiration will strike.
Sometimes we can get build ideas in our minds when we are doing other things in our day to day life, or when we may see a building on a tv show or as we are travelling and pass by a home@GalacticGal It is then fun to bring it to The Sims.

Au Temps Passe is a very lovely country cottage! @masajo Very nice exterior design and pretty flowers. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice warm wood texture of the furniture. The white, blue and brown colours are very nice. Very nice open plan living, dining and kitchen. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the living room table. The bedrooms are lovely. The gardening area and shed are great. Very nice outdoors chess nook and restful outdoors dining area.
Luxury Beach Villa is a lovely eco style island family home! @luckyheather Very stylish exterior design and great sitting, gym and massage balcony. The plants and trees are very nice, and great bubbles machine deck.The roof garden patio with dj booth, dancing, bar and outdoors dining area is great! Sims will have lovely views whilst spending time there. The interior furnishing is lovely and great layout. Very nice white colour, with touches of blue. The design of each area is very nice.

I did have the candle making workbench where the crystal creations jewellery bench is, I changed my mind as I thought making pretty jewellery from things found beach combing would be more fun.
