Andre visited his lover Xochitl Luna's home and it was awkward because her daughter and ex mother-in-law were home.
He only visited because he wanted to have some woohoo fun and ask Xochitl to be his woohoo partner. She accepted the "offer" and they did what he came for.
His neighbor Penny Pizzazz was pregnant for him and he decided to ask her to move in together. He took her to a restaurant and confessed his love for her, even if he's more interested of Xochitl. He's determined to raise his child and be a good father and wanted to marry Penny because of it.
Later Penny gave birth to a baby girl. Her name is Amie. Andre fell in love instantly. He's going to be a much better dad than his father ever was.
Andre suggested Penny that they should move to San Sequoia because it's a good area for families, but his real reason was to be closer to his woohoo partner Xochitl. Penny doesn't need to know about it...
Penny agreed to move and they moved to San Sequoia the next day.

Now, I do admire his sense of responsibility toward his new daughter, but he seriously needs to grow up and make a choice. The mother of his child, or his new-found woohoo partner. Yes, I actually have no idea how I'm going to continue this story. I guess I'll see if Penny will catch him cheating and if she does... will she forgive him. Andre is not a bad person, he's just immature in his relationships. He cares for Penny but he's not in love with her, he just wants to be a good father and he thinks marrying Penny is the right thing to do. He loves Xochitl, but she has a daughter who hates him (he has a very bad compatibility with Karmine and they argue a lot) and ex mother-in-law who lives with them.
Maybe he will divorce Penny and marry Xochitl when the kids are grown up and move away. I feel sorry for Penny, though, and I probably have to find him a new partner too.

Penny is chatting with the new neighbors and Andre is receiving a gift from his best friend Oliana Ngata who also came to see their new home.
Andre went to see his lover & woohoo partner Xochitl Luna and she seems to be completely smitten.
Penny thinks she's not close enough with Andre and she was sad. Andre doesn't know what to do with her.
He proposed to her earlier and they are engaged, but he only wants to marry her because they have a daughter together.
Andre loves his little daughter Amie more than anything and he can't even think of being just a part time dad.
When Andre went to work, Xochitl barged into his and Penny's home and stared at Penny streaming a game. Penny didn't even notice her and I didn't either. I was checking out what Amie was doing and when I moved the camera I noticed Xochitl standing next to Penny and staring at her creepily. It was extra creepy because the previous night Xochitl called Andre and proposed to him. Of course he had to refuse because he's going to marry Penny. Xochitl is supposed to be just his secret woohoo partner, but apparently she's not happy about it...
Penny threw her out. She doesn't know Xochitl and I try to keep it that way.
