  That title brought me the fact that in previous games sims sometimes wanted to see ghosts of their enemies. Alive enemies. So yeah, that fun fact.
  
  But yeah, sims do be doing weird things in The Sims 4. Fortunately, infants cannot die there and all cars and streetcars are just neighborhood decorations. The old tagline used to be "Smarter sims, weirder stories.". Don't know about smarter, but weirder it can be.

  Player-directed:
  One of my vampire once forced another vampire to sit between the streetcar rails and then waited for the tram to arrive. Vampires are resilient, but it HURT.

  As part of my story, each of my sims had to present their lightsaber to the blue alien. To do so, sims click their lightsabers in their inventories and choose "practise". Normally they will then walk away a few paces to find a large enough space where they can swing that thing around. Well, in this one case the sim didn't do that. He pulled his saber out right where he stood and ran the gatekeeper through with it! It being the sim with the RED (evil) lightsaber made this extra funny.

  TS4. I had a fire once on my lot that really spread. The fire department finally came and just stood around looking at it. Finally, one of them literally stepped into the flames and died. Grim showed up and reaped her soul. The fire was still raging, and more firefighters arrived to stand around and gawk. Grim helped himself to some snacks, sat down on the sofa and watched TV while this inept bunch of community servants kept getting scorched. Finally, someone actually put out the fire and Grim left. I was never sure if he was just doing his job or fiendishly enjoying himself.
  
  TS3.The paparazzi had been hounding my sim and were camped out at his front door. He had the door locked so they couldn’t get in. One paparazzi kept banging on the door, trying to get in because it was really hot. He kept changing in and out of his hot weather clothes, trying to cool off. My sim refused to let him in, and he burst into flames on the front doorstep.

  I had a good chuckle over this one, as it's def like a sim to have no regard for anyone else lol
  
  Long ago I had a couple of toddlers in my game, and the mom was outside with one of them at 2 am---mom abruptly went inside, and left the toddler roaming in the street in the middle of the night

  I was playing the Beheeda’s with their infant one day. They lived in the Spice district of San Myshuno. The mom went to sell pizza’s and waffles in another town because there was a blizzard in San Myshuno. When she got back home she saw her husband (a family sim), was sitting on the couch watching TV and she was looking for her Infant. It was no where to be found, so I clicked on the infants picture, and lo and behold it was outside scooting around in the blizzard across the street.….i haven’t laughed so hard in awhile. For being a family sim, he’s sure not a very attentive father,

  I was playing a single mother Spellcaster with a teen daughter, a toddler son, and a cat Familiar. Well, one of the fireplaces started a fire and of course, caused a panic. So what did mom do? She grabbed her cat and ran outside, leaving the kids inside. The teen had to put out the fire and save herself and her little sibling, lol.
  
  Oh, but it didn't stop there. See, the toddler was the son of Caleb, the vampire, so when he grew into a child, it was clear that he would be a vampire as well. So one day mom is making lunch for him autonomously and I look to see what she's serving him....and it's garlic noodles! I was literally laughing out loud. Seems she had it out for him.
  
  Mother of the year, that one. 😄
