If you have Lucky Palms, have your Sim wish for Power at the Wishing Well (not sure if it happens with other wishes) while having the likes of Sweet Treats installed. Your Sim might get a makeover and I will do my best to share an image here but when I tell you it was something 😂 the pink and green sparkles with the bright pink boots, she was so happy with it 😂
Hey everyone, it's me checking in and of course just been lurking around the thread and handing out Likes/Awesomes...
Life has been taking a front seat for the past few months as my hubby had been out of work since August of last year due to a work injury and he just went back to work this month. I sold my childhood home and we are now waiting to go to settlement on a condo that we will be hopefully moving into next month. So, I've decided to create the condo unit that we will be buying in my game as a way to see how I want to decorate it.
This is the floorplan of the condo that I had found on the internet...
And this is the condo in my game. Maybe one of these days, I will get around to try to build the building that it's in as there are other style units for the condos. You have to excuse the way my kitchen counters are in the game since we don't have diagonal counters so that I can create the kitchen like it's suppose to be unless I try using MOO to get them to look like what's in the floorplan.
Sorry that the front doesn't have windows to it as I've said, it's a recreation of the condo that we will be getting. But maybe once we have moved in and I decide to keep playing this save, then I might add some windows to the front of the place...

Another picture of my sims watching TV. I moved the coffee table over by the couch and placed a bookshelf under the TV.

The unfamiliarity of her surroundings and the weight of the secret she harbored tugged at the edges of her thoughts. A soft sigh escaped her lips as she wrestled with the complexity of her situation.
Caleb, ever watchful and attuned to the nuances of his makeshift family, noticed Harper's solitude. Leaving the circle of companionship, he approached her with a quiet step. Ugh, packing stinks. Not looking forward to trying to get the cats into their carriers. ~sigh~ 🙄. I’m gonna get clawed to pieces tomorrow, as if I don’t already have scars enough. Computers are all packed up and I’m still packing at 11:48 at night. Had roughly 4 hours of sleep move is slated to happen at 11AM. 😳
Gonna crash for two days straight once I get there. Also doesn’t help my lungs aren’t cooperating either and every timeI move a heavy item, I have to sit on my derriere for 45m trying to catch my breath.
Well legacy is definitely on hold until we get to the new place, but as @Featherbelle says, “THIS is the LAST time!” 🫤. Once I get my computer set back up, I need to get busy and get some screenshots.

I have been a bit busy lately.
Orchid Tantai, Camellia's fanboy, he is proficient in firearms, and they have never met before. He was accidentally killed by officers when as a copycat of Camellia many years ago. The story between them is similar to their real life references, they also can't meet under normal circumstances just like their real life references.
I have said a long time ago that in my Moonlight Falls game, besides HL, there's also another supernatural fanatic, Raven, but she is more rational. Raven and Camellia have some similar appearance traits, so Orchid speculates that she might be Camellia and plans to follow her (after all Orchid and Camellia come from an era without cameras and social media). I plan to put Orchid in Raven and River's residence as an unplayable ghost.
And who remembers the story between Camellia Feng and Daffodil Chunyu? And Daffodil also have a real life reference, It's just that his real life references haven't been parodied here like the other two.
When I finished Orchid's character setting, I originally planned to burn joss paper on his real life reference's Steam profile, but I heard it has been deleted. I can only find accounts that are very likely to be high imitation accounts.

As you can see there is a lot of potential for fun and games in this episode. Different sims come and go. They get up to autonomous antics, but focus mostly on the tasks I have set for them. Sometimes unexpected things happen.

Move completed. I think my brain turned to mush. I am now awake at 3:45AM trying to figure out how to organize our room. Today is going to be so much fun (gonna be spent trying to organize our room into some semblance of order - we got in at roughly about 7PM last night. It was mainly dinner and I basically passed out on our bed which I somehow managed to get down on the floor without putting the box-spring right through the laminate flooring. It took at least four hours for our cats to settle down after being moved in the back of a truck.
I can't believe I haven't been keeping up with my Praaven posts. I haven't posted an update on here since page 4508 (January 15th)!
For those of you who haven't been following the story on my blog, I will be spamming this discussion with the posts I haven't published here yet. I am putting them all in spoilers so they don't take up so much room!
Bertram and Avery both received creepy dolls in the mail from a distant cousin when they were infants. Jarret and Rebeca didn't know what to make of the dolls, but Bertram seemed to like his, so they let the boys keep their dolls to play with.
~texansky~ I have no plans to let the dolls come alive. When the boys become teenagers, I will move the dolls to the household inventory and delete them.
When Rebeca finished her painting, she sat at the table to read one of Jarret's cookbooks.
Jarret kept busy cooking, repairing the shower and toilet, and washing clothes in the washtub. He didn't get out fishing very often.
Rebeca spent most of her time tending the garden and teaching skills to Bertram. She completed her lifetime wish of growing the perfect garden. She would go to the grocer periodically and receive about §1,900 per trip for her perfect produce.
It's Bertram's birthday! He has mastered the xylophone and the peg box and has read Finger Painting 101.
Bertram gets the first piece of birthday cake.
That same night, Jarret also celebrated his birthday and became an adult.
The next day, Avery had his birthday and became a toddler. Rebeca is glad he is no longer a baby, but she's not looking forward to teaching him his skills.
That night, neighbors Rhett and Sabrina Funke came over and watched a burglar take our dresser and mirror. No one was able to stop him, and he got away. Afterward, Rhett and Sabrina were flirting out in the yard.
Rebeca has reached adulthood. She appears to be content with her life.
Bertram traveled a great distance to Praaven to attend school. He worked hard and managed to get high marks on his schoolwork. He spent much of his time baking on the toy stove and mastered his cooking skills.
Jarret went to the bookstore and purchased more recipes and the second cookbook in the series. He spent the afternoon reading the recipes and the new cookbook. When he finished reading the last recipe, he completed his lifetime wish of becoming a culinary librarian.
The family managed to survive the short winter. Jarret built a chess table and carved the pieces with care while Rebeca taught Avery to use the potty and walk. Bertram was excited to learn to play and spent weekends practicing.
Rebeca also spent much of her time sewing new outfits for everyone as their other clothing was in the stolen dresser.
~texansky~ My seasons are as follows: 19 for summer, and 3 each for fall, winter, and spring. The full moon is on a ten-day cycle.
Rebeca bathed Avery in the washtub. Once she was finished, she gathered the laundry to wash, so as not to waste the water.
A few days later, Jarret taught Avery to talk.
On Friday, Bertram became a teenager. He's a handsome lad. He is a genius, a perfectionist, clumsy, and a hopeless romantic.
Bertram spent some of his time taking care of Avery; putting him to bed, getting him up, and feeding him on the floor and in the high chair.
~texansky~ I was able to move Bertram's doll Wiggles to the family inventory and sold it.
On Saturday, Avery became a child. He is artistic, athletic, and a technophobe. He has a strong interest in writing.
Right after his birthday, he wanted to learn to write, so on Sunday Avery went to Praaven to take a writing class at the merchants' guild. Jarret purchased scribbling pads for both boys, and Avery started writing a novel, Adriana Goes to School.
~texansky~ My heirs are going to be the first-born of the first-born throughout the generations - male or female.
This makes Bertram the heir of the second generation. I'm not sure what he will do with his life. He will likely continue the garden and the bees and may do some writing to bring in Simoleons.
I don't think I ever shared Jarret and Rebeca's traits.
Jarret is an angler, handy, a natural cook, a loner, and loves the outdoors.
Rebeca is eco-friendly, a gatherer, has a green thumb, artistic, and nurturing.
In my next post, I will update you on the happenings around town. There have been many babies, couples going steady, getting engaged, or married. A few pets have been adopted as well.
~texansky~ The world of Praaven has changed a lot. People are getting married and having children. One Sim has passed on. Children are growing into teenagers. I have done my best to update you on the current households.

Ami, age 70, has taken up writing. She will be an elder in three days.
Danial is a child, age 12, and attends school in Praaven.
Freebird is an adult horse, age 27. She will become an elder in 12 days. She enjoys running around in her corral.
Razzy, age 30, will be an elder in 5 days. She likes to hang out around the homestead. She is proud and keeps herself well-groomed.
The Arnett Family:
The Arnetts live on the outskirts of Tovar.
Willis, age 46, is a substitute teacher in Praaven. After work, he took his son Allen for a walk in the countryside.
Eliza, age 48, is a teacher's aide at the Praaven school. She is halfway through her pregnancy with their second child.
Allen, age 5, is a toddler. He will be a big brother tomorrow night.
The Baker Family:
They live on a farm outside of the Praaven gates on the road to Mahlsberg.
Heathcliff, age 88, is nearing the end of his life. He is a businessman at the merchants' guild.
Svetlana has passed away at the age of 90.
~texansky~ Unfortunately, I did not get a new picture of Svetlana before she died. After her mother died, Becky moved herself, Topher, and Logan to Brier Square inside the walls of Praaven to live with Marcus Cronin, Logan's father.

They live way out in the country off Ridge Trail, leading to a ruined fortress.
Lincoln, age 49, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Deanna (nee Moeller), age 48, just joined a musical ensemble at the theater with Aidan Bishop and Irene Funke.

They live near the Baker family on the way to the Abbey of St Wright. They have three toddlers as well as Seamus' brother Aidan.

Gwen (nee Glover), age 50, works at the merchants' guild.

~texansky~ Their home had a double bed, two single beds, and no cribs. I added three cribs and three bunk beds. I sold the single beds. Two cribs are in the parents' room, and one is in the main room. The bunk beds are in the outbuilding. There was a shower there, so I added a commode, built a wall, and added a door to give the family privacy.
The Cronin Family:
They moved in together at Brier Square within the walls of Praaven. Marcus had been living with Blanca Davila and Homer Murrell. Becky, Topher, and Logan were living with her parents. Perhaps they will marry someday.
Marcus Cronin, age 45, is a doctor's apprentice.
Becky Baker, age 50, is part of the orchestra at the theater with Christian Payne.
Topher Baker, age 16, attends school in Praaven. He will be a teenager tomorrow.

Pablo, age 68, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Jennifer, age 67, works at the town hall in Praaven.

Joy, age 13, was adopted into the family shortly after they moved to Praaven.

They live in the village of Mahlsberg, next to The King's Inn.
Christian, age 48, plays in the orchestra at the theater with Becky Baker.
Bianca (nee Larkin), age 49, attends to the order of chivalry by doing laundry and housekeeping.
Cindy, age 8, is the only child of Christian and Bianca. She will become an older sister by tomorrow morning.
Charlotte, age 20, is Christian's faithful companion.
The Stover Family:
Eli Stover and Anitra Clarke are not currently married. They are the parents of Karrie Clarke. The three of them used to live in the Davila household with Blanca Davila, Marcus Cronin, and Homer Murrell.
They now live together between the market and the southern tournament grounds in the village of Tovar. Hopefully, this will encourage them to marry.
Eli Stover, age 46, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Anitra Clarke, age 46, just delivered a baby. The father is Eli Stover. She works at the merchants' guild.
~texansky~ And apparently, she is pregnant again. The game time progressed about a day while I was doing my census and taking pictures.
Karrie Clarke, age 1, was born today.
~texansky~ I followed Anitra home and witnessed the birth of Karrie.

They live in the village of Mahlsberg near the Mahlsberg staging post.
Marley, age 68, is a scribe who pens novellas.

Rebeca is tending her garden as Bertram didn't wake up early enough to do so.
Jarret is scrubbing the dirty clothes.
~texansky~ The boys were gone all day. Bertram returned home at about 21:15 and went straight to bed without eating. I found Avery eating canned soup at The Vayruga Inn in Praaven. He returned home at about 23:20. He used the commode before climbing to the top bunk to sleep. Jarret and Rebeca went to bed shortly after and had a little fun before falling asleep.
In the morning, they did their chores and then shared local news.
Jarret: I heard that Johnny and Ami Amethyst were unable to pay their bills this week. I placed a small bag of coins on their stoop to tide them over for a while.
Rebeca: That was very kind of you.
Jarret: Pablo Martinez told me yesterday that Rochelle is now a toddler.
Rebeca: Christian and Bianca Payne had a boy. He came over to let me know while you were doing laundry in the house. He was headed to work and couldn't stay to chat.
Meet Gary Payne!
Jarret: Seamus and Gwen Bishop are expecting a baby. This will be their fourth child. Praaven is growing so fast.
Rebeca: Christian also told me that Becky Baker adopted a puppy named Rose. She will grow into a big dog.
Rebeca: Charlotte Payne has been hunting for treasures. I saw her by the Golden Flask Inn yesterday.
Avery and Pal. He sure has fun with that rag doll.
Jarret: You boys will be late for school! Get dressed and run over there as quick as you can.
Rebeca has reached level 8 in her gardening career.
Rebeca: I'm gaining some fame as a farmer. Dusty Sisson, the grocer, told me the last time I was there that she was very pleased with my produce. I'm heading to Tovar this afternoon to sell my fruits and vegetables.
Jarret: That's wonderful, darling! I'm proud of you.
Jarret tended to the bees while Rebeca worked the garden. Two of the plants died, so she had to replant them.
Rebeca went to Tovar and sold her produce. She received §4,222 for the wagon load.
Dusty Sisson told her that there was a service award waiting for her at the town hall in Praaven for her gardening contributions to the community. Because of her produce, there are enough quality fruits and vegetables to feed the residents of Praaven.
Rebeca and Dusty chatted for a while catching up on the latest gossip.
She went to Praaven to collect her trophy and displayed it in the corner of the kitchen area.
Rebeca ran into Eliza Arnett in Praaven on her way to the hospital. She was having her baby.

Rebeca hurried home to share her news with Jarret.
Rebeca: "While I was in Tovar and Praaven, I heard a lot of local news.
First of all Willis and Eliza Arnett just had a baby boy. I met her on her way to the hospital. His name is Cameron.
Becky Baker is with child. The father is Marcus Cronin. That man should make an honest woman out of her!
Lawrence Lum is a young adult who got a job cleaning at the hospital. He was just getting done with his shift when I ran into Eliza.
Topher is now a teenager and has a part-time job working at the bathhouse.
Teri Williams and Adriane Martinez are now children. They will be starting school soon.
Gwen and Seamus Bishop are expecting. I wonder if that is the reason Aidan moved out.
I heard that Blanca Davila is in the family way. There is speculation about the baby's father. Aidan Bishop moved into the house next to her. It is rumored that he is the father and they are planning a quick wedding.
Christian Payne has been promoted to the second chair in the orchestra.
Heathcliff Baker was looking pretty frail today. He didn't look like he would last another day.
Topher Baker and Malika Williams were seen around town together. Could they be dating?"
Rebeca: That's all the news I have today. Oh, and the grocer paid me over §4,000 today for the yield from my garden.
Jarret: That's quite a bit of gossip. I'm glad you were paid well for all of your hard work. We should head for bed. Morning comes early.

The boys got themselves off to school earlier than yesterday. Bertram was only five minutes late, but Avery wished for a longer stride. He was half an hour late.
Rebeca cooked waffles for breakfast and improved her cooking skills.
Rebeca is getting better on the lute and has finished her second lesson.
After school, Bertram sat down to do his homework, while Avery played with Pal.
Malika Williams was very interested in what she was seeing. Had Bertram caught her eye, or was she curious about what Avery was doing waving his hands around and talking to himself?
She took off before Bertram could talk with her. He would have to visit her at home later. Right now, he had to attend a writing class for school.
After Bertram finished his class, he spotted Malika going into the city hall. He waited for her in the lobby and greeted her. The first thing she did was flirt with him.

~texansky~ I checked out their new home and it is suitable for the family for the foreseeable future. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom home. The main bedroom on the second floor has a double bed, while the children's bedroom on the third floor has two twin beds and a crib. All I had to do was add a food bowl for Joy.

Bertram and Malika finally finished their homework at 1:20 and Bertram headed for home. They are going to be dead tired in the morning. Good thing it's Saturday and they can sleep in.
When Bertram arrived home, he headed straight for the refrigerator and got out some leftover organic waffles.
Then he took a shower, used the commode, and fell into bed exhausted.
In the morning, Jarret and Rebeca had breakfast and went outside to see to the bees and garden.
As soon as he got out of bed, Bertram headed to Mahlsberg in hopes of catching Malika at home. He ran into her on the way.
When he greeted her, they had hearts for one another. How romantic!
Then he lobbed a water balloon at her and the fight was on!

Malika: I did sleep well. My day was really good. I took care of my siblings while my mother was off to town.

Malika: Two. Two. My sister Teri just had her birthday and just school this week. Justina is the baby of the family. She crawls around and gets into everything! I have to watch her like a hawk.
Bertram: It sounds like you enjoy your family.
Malika: Yes, my parents are wonderful, and my sisters are good most of the time.
Bertram: Would you like to watch the stars with me?
Malika: I would like that.
They sat on the grass side by side and slid closer to one another. Bertram took her hand and squeezed it gently. Wait, who is that standing so close behind them?
Spencer Funke was not happy to see Bertram and Malika together. He has a strong dislike for both Malika and Bertram for some reason.
And then Topher Baker showed up showing his disapproval of Malika. Spencer and Topher left, so Bertram asked her to break up with Topher. Then Topher and Spencer returned, and when she agreed to break up with Topher, he ran off, clearly upset.
At this point, they decided to call it a night. Bertram was looking forward to going to the dance with Malika.

So earlier today I just finished building on the last lot I need to build on for now. The local sports pub with a dance floor and a small room in the basement for low key celebrities. Unfortunately I took no screenshots of it, but I do have an idea to make a thread for the town later when I have more time, showcasing every lot. Now for tomorrow and the following days, the plan is to fix up some issues with the roads and the lots not aligning properly with the terrain, perhaps doing some touching up on the terrain paint and filling some more distant areas with trees and stuff..
..that is, if the weather doesn't get to bad and I still have electricity, because a weather warning on the highest level ("extreme weather Ingunn") was just issued here earlier today for strong winds, so who knows..
but, anyway, to have something to show for and that the downtown area is pretty complete, here are the latest screenshots I took after my test sim Archie had finished enjoying a few drinks at the Fløien Restaurant just in time to watch the sunset.

I have Edge as well but you can go into settings on Edge and turn on IE as there are still some things that use it.
You first need to go to your Settings on Edge and then Default Browser and click on the Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode button and then hit Restart so that Edge recognizes IE in the Privacy, Search and Services tab. Once that is done, then you can go to Privacy, Search and Services to see the Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer.
Avery celebrated his birthday and is now a teenager. He's a handsome lad. Regretfully, Bertram missed the festivities. Avery has become very tidy, keeping the home clean and doing laundry.
Rebeca is so lovely. Jarret can't resist kissing her every chance he gets.

Blanca Davila had a daughter and named her Alana. Her father is Aidan Bishop. Right after the birth, Blanca became an adult.
She also adopted a puppy named Rose. From the size of her paws, she will be a big dog.
~texansky~ I checked the home that Blanca Davila was living in. It did have a crib for Alana, but there was only a double bed for herself and Homer Murrell to sleep in, so I moved Blanca, Alana, and Rose next door to live with Aidan Bishop. It was already set up for a family, so all I had to do was add a dog dish.
As soon as Blanca moved in with Aidan, she had a wish to marry. Will she get her wish?
Seamus and Gwen Bishop had a son. They named him Carl.
Rosalyn Funke is now a child. She will go to the Praaven school after the weekend.
Bianca Payne, Eliza Arnett, and Lincoln Basham are now adults.

Galen Bishop is a child and will be joining the other children at the Praaven school.

Bertram and Malika attended the dance together. They did the chicken dance while everyone watched.
Avery also tagged along. He got rejected for a dance by his crush but he still had a good time.
They all arrived so late that the dance was nearly over when they arrived. Regretfully, I didn't get a picture of Malika.
Everyone made it home before curfew.
Monday morning, Bertram improved his school performance by attending the writing class. He will be graduating from school within the week.

Avery: The rain keeps the plants alive and green. When it doesn't rain, our mother has to draw water from the well to water her garden.
Bertram: That's true. We better leave for school now before we're late.
Avery: Let's go!
Rebeca just finished a portrait of Jarret.
Rebeca: I finished your portrait. What do you think, Jarret?
Jarret: It's a very good likeness. You are a very talented painter.
Rebeca: I plan on painting portraits of Bertram and Avery when they graduate from school. Avery has a talent for painting, and Bertram wants to learn to paint as well, so one of them will probably paint my portrait.
Jarret: I'll have to make another painting easel. Where do you suppose we could put it?
Rebeca: I can move the red berry bean plants into our bedroom, and the easel can go on that wall.
Jarret: I'll start working on the easel just as soon as I finish tending to the bees.
Bertram has a wish to become an illustrious author. He is penning a novel entitled The Red-Tailed Deer.
Avery is struggling to finish writing Adriana Goes to School.
Both Bertram and Avery have improved their writing skill to level three.
When they had finished their manuscripts, they headed for bed.
The next day, both boys went to the Praaven Gazette after school with their manuscripts.
Avery submitted Adriana Goes to School and will receive royalties of §37.
The Praaven Gazette liked The Red-Tailed Deer. They will be paying Bertram §61 in royalties. He had also improved his writing skills to level four.
Afterward, Bertram went to the city hall and registered as a self-employed author.
Bertram then went to visit Malika Williams with one thing on his mind. He knew she was meant for him, and he wanted to marry her. She was five days younger than him, so he would have to wait for her to graduate from high school. But nothing was stopping him from asking her to marry him.
Bertram: Malika, I have grown to love you so much and want to have you as my wife.
Bertram dropped the box on the floor, then quickly scooped it up and opened it to reveal an engagement ring with a tiny chip of a diamond.
Bertram: Malika Williams, will you marry me when you graduate from high school?
Malika: Bertram Paige, you rascal! I have come to love you just as much. Yes, I will marry you. I can't wait for that day.
Afterward, Malika made mac and cheese and burned it badly.
Malika: Would you like some mac and cheese? I'm sorry it's overcooked.
Bertram: It's fine. It takes time to learn to cook. I appreciate you taking the time to make me dinner.
Bertram ate it anyway thinking to himself how fortunate he was to be marrying someone who had the desire to cook for him.

This is a very unusual sight for medieval times. Maybe aliens were visiting back then and folks who saw them were thought to be in their cups.

If you have Lucky Palms, have your Sim wish for Power at the Wishing Well (not sure if it happens with other wishes) while having the likes of Sweet Treats installed. Your Sim might get a makeover and I will do my best to share an image here but when I tell you it was something 😂 the pink and green sparkles with the bright pink boots, she was so happy with it 😂

Hey everyone, it's me checking in and of course just been lurking around the thread and handing out Likes/Awesomes...
Life has been taking a front seat for the past few months as my hubby had been out of work since August of last year due to a work injury and he just went back to work this month. I sold my childhood home and we are now waiting to go to settlement on a condo that we will be hopefully moving into next month. So, I've decided to create the condo unit that we will be buying in my game as a way to see how I want to decorate it.
This is the floorplan of the condo that I had found on the internet...
And this is the condo in my game. Maybe one of these days, I will get around to try to build the building that it's in as there are other style units for the condos. You have to excuse the way my kitchen counters are in the game since we don't have diagonal counters so that I can create the kitchen like it's suppose to be unless I try using MOO to get them to look like what's in the floorplan.
Sorry that the front doesn't have windows to it as I've said, it's a recreation of the condo that we will be getting. But maybe once we have moved in and I decide to keep playing this save, then I might add some windows to the front of the place...

Orchid Tantai, Camellia's fanboy, he is proficient in firearms, and they have never met before. He was accidentally killed by officers when as a copycat of Camellia many years ago. The story between them is similar to their real life references, they also can't meet under normal circumstances just like their real life references.
I have said a long time ago that in my Moonlight Falls game, besides HL, there's also another supernatural fanatic, Raven, but she is more rational. Raven and Camellia have some similar appearance traits, so Orchid speculates that she might be Camellia and plans to follow her (after all Orchid and Camellia come from an era without cameras and social media). I plan to put Orchid in Raven and River's residence as an unplayable ghost.

For those of you who haven't been following the story on my blog, I will be spamming this discussion with the posts I haven't published here yet. I am putting them all in spoilers so they don't take up so much room!
The Paiges of Time: Birthdays Galore
Avery Paige:
~texansky~ I have no plans to let the dolls come alive. When the boys become teenagers, I will move the dolls to the household inventory and delete them.
When Rebeca finished her painting, she sat at the table to read one of Jarret's cookbooks.
Jarret kept busy cooking, repairing the shower and toilet, and washing clothes in the washtub. He didn't get out fishing very often.
Rebeca spent most of her time tending the garden and teaching skills to Bertram. She completed her lifetime wish of growing the perfect garden. She would go to the grocer periodically and receive about §1,900 per trip for her perfect produce.
It's Bertram's birthday! He has mastered the xylophone and the peg box and has read Finger Painting 101.
Bertram gets the first piece of birthday cake.
That same night, Jarret also celebrated his birthday and became an adult.
The next day, Avery had his birthday and became a toddler. Rebeca is glad he is no longer a baby, but she's not looking forward to teaching him his skills.
That night, neighbors Rhett and Sabrina Funke came over and watched a burglar take our dresser and mirror. No one was able to stop him, and he got away. Afterward, Rhett and Sabrina were flirting out in the yard.
Rebeca has reached adulthood. She appears to be content with her life.
Bertram traveled a great distance to Praaven to attend school. He worked hard and managed to get high marks on his schoolwork. He spent much of his time baking on the toy stove and mastered his cooking skills.
Jarret went to the bookstore and purchased more recipes and the second cookbook in the series. He spent the afternoon reading the recipes and the new cookbook. When he finished reading the last recipe, he completed his lifetime wish of becoming a culinary librarian.
The family managed to survive the short winter. Jarret built a chess table and carved the pieces with care while Rebeca taught Avery to use the potty and walk. Bertram was excited to learn to play and spent weekends practicing.
Rebeca also spent much of her time sewing new outfits for everyone as their other clothing was in the stolen dresser.
~texansky~ My seasons are as follows: 19 for summer, and 3 each for fall, winter, and spring. The full moon is on a ten-day cycle.
Rebeca bathed Avery in the washtub. Once she was finished, she gathered the laundry to wash, so as not to waste the water.
A few days later, Jarret taught Avery to talk.
On Friday, Bertram became a teenager. He's a handsome lad. He is a genius, a perfectionist, clumsy, and a hopeless romantic.
Bertram spent some of his time taking care of Avery; putting him to bed, getting him up, and feeding him on the floor and in the high chair.
~texansky~ I was able to move Bertram's doll Wiggles to the family inventory and sold it.
On Saturday, Avery became a child. He is artistic, athletic, and a technophobe. He has a strong interest in writing.
Right after his birthday, he wanted to learn to write, so on Sunday Avery went to Praaven to take a writing class at the merchants' guild. Jarret purchased scribbling pads for both boys, and Avery started writing a novel, Adriana Goes to School.
~texansky~ My heirs are going to be the first-born of the first-born throughout the generations - male or female.
This makes Bertram the heir of the second generation. I'm not sure what he will do with his life. He will likely continue the garden and the bees and may do some writing to bring in Simoleons.
I don't think I ever shared Jarret and Rebeca's traits.
Jarret is an angler, handy, a natural cook, a loner, and loves the outdoors.
Rebeca is eco-friendly, a gatherer, has a green thumb, artistic, and nurturing.
In my next post, I will update you on the happenings around town. There have been many babies, couples going steady, getting engaged, or married. A few pets have been adopted as well.
~texansky~ The world of Praaven has changed a lot. People are getting married and having children. One Sim has passed on. Children are growing into teenagers. I have done my best to update you on the current households.
This post has a lot of pictures, so I've hidden them in spoilers. Since the passing of Svetlana, there are now 59 residents, which includes pets.
Homer Murrell:
They live at a farm just outside of Tovar, the nearest village to Lüghaven where the Paige family lives.
Johnny is an elder, age 74. He works at the school in Praaven.
Ami, age 70, has taken up writing. She will be an elder in three days.
Danial is a child, age 12, and attends school in Praaven.
Freebird is an adult horse, age 27. She will become an elder in 12 days. She enjoys running around in her corral.
Razzy, age 30, will be an elder in 5 days. She likes to hang out around the homestead. She is proud and keeps herself well-groomed.
The Arnett Family:
The Arnetts live on the outskirts of Tovar.
Willis, age 46, is a substitute teacher in Praaven. After work, he took his son Allen for a walk in the countryside.
Eliza, age 48, is a teacher's aide at the Praaven school. She is halfway through her pregnancy with their second child.
Allen, age 5, is a toddler. He will be a big brother tomorrow night.
The Baker Family:
They live on a farm outside of the Praaven gates on the road to Mahlsberg.
Heathcliff, age 88, is nearing the end of his life. He is a businessman at the merchants' guild.
Svetlana has passed away at the age of 90.
~texansky~ Unfortunately, I did not get a new picture of Svetlana before she died. After her mother died, Becky moved herself, Topher, and Logan to Brier Square inside the walls of Praaven to live with Marcus Cronin, Logan's father.
The Basham Family:
They live way out in the country off Ridge Trail, leading to a ruined fortress.
Lincoln, age 49, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Deanna (nee Moeller), age 48, just joined a musical ensemble at the theater with Aidan Bishop and Irene Funke.
The Bishop Family:
They live near the Baker family on the way to the Abbey of St Wright. They have three toddlers as well as Seamus' brother Aidan.
Seamus, age 46, is penning novels.
Gwen (nee Glover), age 50, works at the merchants' guild.
Galen, age 7.
Alexis, age 1.
Joann, age 1.
~texansky~ Alexis and Joann are twins.
Cymoril, age 10, the family cat.
Aidan, age 44, younger brother of Seamus. He joined the ensemble at the theater with Deanna Basham and Irene Funke.
~texansky~ Their home had a double bed, two single beds, and no cribs. I added three cribs and three bunk beds. I sold the single beds. Two cribs are in the parents' room, and one is in the main room. The bunk beds are in the outbuilding. There was a shower there, so I added a commode, built a wall, and added a door to give the family privacy.
The Cronin Family:
They moved in together at Brier Square within the walls of Praaven. Marcus had been living with Blanca Davila and Homer Murrell. Becky, Topher, and Logan were living with her parents. Perhaps they will marry someday.
Marcus Cronin, age 45, is a doctor's apprentice.
Becky Baker, age 50, is part of the orchestra at the theater with Christian Payne.
Topher Baker, age 16, attends school in Praaven. He will be a teenager tomorrow.
Logan Cronin, age 7, is the son of Marcus Cronin and the second son of Becky.
The Davila Family:
Blanca lives on the Praaven docks with Homer Murrell. They are the remaining Sims of my Random Townies group of eight.
Blanca, age 49, works at the town hall in Praaven.
Homer Murrell, age 47, is a cutpurse.
The Funke Family:
They live in Lüghaven. Their home and the Paige home are on either side of the Golden Flask Inn.
Rhett, age 52, is a practicing physician.
Sabrina, age 69, works at the Praaven Gazette.
Spencer, age 26, attends school in Praaven. He works part-time at the alchemy shop.
Irene, age 26, attends school in Praaven. She plays in the ensemble at the theater with Deanna Basham and Aidan Bishop.
~texansky~ Spencer and Irene are twins.
Carol, age 18, attends school in Praaven. She works part-time at the local bathhouse.
Rosalyn, age 7, is the youngest of the children.
The Lestat Family:
Craven lives just outside the village of Tovar, across from the Tovar Church.
Craven, age 69, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Sassy, age 20, is Craven's constant companion and destroyer of furniture.
The Lum Family:
They live in the village of Mahlsberg by the Williams family.
Theodore, age 67, works at the Mahlsberg Chapel as a mausoleum clerk.
Lily, age 65, is a painter.
Lawrence, age 30, is a grocery store clerk, working part-time in Mahlsberg. He will be the first of the children in Praaven to become a young adult.
Faye, age 8, is the youngest of the family. She is close to becoming a child.
The Martinez Family:
They live at Lüghaven Dell, a remote home outside of Lüghaven.
Pablo, age 68, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Jennifer, age 67, works at the town hall in Praaven.
Adriane, age 9, will be a child tomorrow.
Rochelle, age 3, is the youngest of the family.
Joy, age 13, was adopted into the family shortly after they moved to Praaven.
The Paige Family:
My legacy family lives in the village of Lüghaven, next to the Golden Flask Inn.
Jarret, age 64, is a fisherman by trade.
Rebeca, age 62, keeps the family garden and makes Simoleons by selling her produce to the grocers.
Bertram, age 22, attends school at Praaven.
Avery, age 14, attends school at Praaven. He will be a teenager in three days.
The Payne Family:
They live in the village of Mahlsberg, next to The King's Inn.
Christian, age 48, plays in the orchestra at the theater with Becky Baker.
Bianca (nee Larkin), age 49, attends to the order of chivalry by doing laundry and housekeeping.
Cindy, age 8, is the only child of Christian and Bianca. She will become an older sister by tomorrow morning.
Charlotte, age 20, is Christian's faithful companion.
The Stover Family:
Eli Stover and Anitra Clarke are not currently married. They are the parents of Karrie Clarke. The three of them used to live in the Davila household with Blanca Davila, Marcus Cronin, and Homer Murrell.
They now live together between the market and the southern tournament grounds in the village of Tovar. Hopefully, this will encourage them to marry.
Eli Stover, age 46, keeps the peace in Praaven.
Anitra Clarke, age 46, just delivered a baby. The father is Eli Stover. She works at the merchants' guild.
~texansky~ And apparently, she is pregnant again. The game time progressed about a day while I was doing my census and taking pictures.
Karrie Clarke, age 1, was born today.
~texansky~ I followed Anitra home and witnessed the birth of Karrie.
The Williams Family:
They live in the village of Mahlsberg near the Mahlsberg staging post.
Marley, age 68, is a scribe who pens novellas.
Aimee, age 69, tends to take things that don't belong to her.
Malika, age 17, attends school in Praaven. She will soon be a teenager.
Teri, age 9, will soon be a child.
Justina, age 4, is the youngest child of the Williams family.
The Wozny Family:
He lives in the village of Mahlsberg between the Payne and Lum families.
Holden, age 47, is a writer.
Fitz, age 12, the family cat.
The Paiges of Time: Everyone Gossips

Jarret is scrubbing the dirty clothes.
~texansky~ The boys were gone all day. Bertram returned home at about 21:15 and went straight to bed without eating. I found Avery eating canned soup at The Vayruga Inn in Praaven. He returned home at about 23:20. He used the commode before climbing to the top bunk to sleep. Jarret and Rebeca went to bed shortly after and had a little fun before falling asleep.
In the morning, they did their chores and then shared local news.
Jarret: I heard that Johnny and Ami Amethyst were unable to pay their bills this week. I placed a small bag of coins on their stoop to tide them over for a while.
Rebeca: That was very kind of you.
Jarret: Pablo Martinez told me yesterday that Rochelle is now a toddler.
Rebeca: Christian and Bianca Payne had a boy. He came over to let me know while you were doing laundry in the house. He was headed to work and couldn't stay to chat.
Meet Gary Payne!
Jarret: Seamus and Gwen Bishop are expecting a baby. This will be their fourth child. Praaven is growing so fast.
Rebeca: Christian also told me that Becky Baker adopted a puppy named Rose. She will grow into a big dog.
Rebeca: Charlotte Payne has been hunting for treasures. I saw her by the Golden Flask Inn yesterday.
Avery and Pal. He sure has fun with that rag doll.
Jarret: You boys will be late for school! Get dressed and run over there as quick as you can.
Rebeca has reached level 8 in her gardening career.
Rebeca: I'm gaining some fame as a farmer. Dusty Sisson, the grocer, told me the last time I was there that she was very pleased with my produce. I'm heading to Tovar this afternoon to sell my fruits and vegetables.
Jarret: That's wonderful, darling! I'm proud of you.
Jarret tended to the bees while Rebeca worked the garden. Two of the plants died, so she had to replant them.
Rebeca went to Tovar and sold her produce. She received §4,222 for the wagon load.
Dusty Sisson told her that there was a service award waiting for her at the town hall in Praaven for her gardening contributions to the community. Because of her produce, there are enough quality fruits and vegetables to feed the residents of Praaven.
Rebeca and Dusty chatted for a while catching up on the latest gossip.
She went to Praaven to collect her trophy and displayed it in the corner of the kitchen area.
Rebeca ran into Eliza Arnett in Praaven on her way to the hospital. She was having her baby.
Meet Cameron Arnett!
Rebeca hurried home to share her news with Jarret.
Rebeca: "While I was in Tovar and Praaven, I heard a lot of local news.
First of all Willis and Eliza Arnett just had a baby boy. I met her on her way to the hospital. His name is Cameron.
Becky Baker is with child. The father is Marcus Cronin. That man should make an honest woman out of her!
Lawrence Lum is a young adult who got a job cleaning at the hospital. He was just getting done with his shift when I ran into Eliza.
Topher is now a teenager and has a part-time job working at the bathhouse.
Teri Williams and Adriane Martinez are now children. They will be starting school soon.
Gwen and Seamus Bishop are expecting. I wonder if that is the reason Aidan moved out.
I heard that Blanca Davila is in the family way. There is speculation about the baby's father. Aidan Bishop moved into the house next to her. It is rumored that he is the father and they are planning a quick wedding.
Christian Payne has been promoted to the second chair in the orchestra.
Heathcliff Baker was looking pretty frail today. He didn't look like he would last another day.
Topher Baker and Malika Williams were seen around town together. Could they be dating?"
Rebeca: That's all the news I have today. Oh, and the grocer paid me over §4,000 today for the yield from my garden.
Jarret: That's quite a bit of gossip. I'm glad you were paid well for all of your hard work. We should head for bed. Morning comes early.
Rebeca: Lead the way, husband.
The Paiges of Time: Bertram Has A Date
Bertram and Malika are attracted to one another:
Congratulations Jarret! You managed to tend to the bees and not get stung today. Good job.
Rebeca has just one more plant to water.
The boys got themselves off to school earlier than yesterday. Bertram was only five minutes late, but Avery wished for a longer stride. He was half an hour late.
Rebeca cooked waffles for breakfast and improved her cooking skills.
Rebeca is getting better on the lute and has finished her second lesson.
After school, Bertram sat down to do his homework, while Avery played with Pal.
Malika Williams was very interested in what she was seeing. Had Bertram caught her eye, or was she curious about what Avery was doing waving his hands around and talking to himself?
She took off before Bertram could talk with her. He would have to visit her at home later. Right now, he had to attend a writing class for school.
After Bertram finished his class, he spotted Malika going into the city hall. He waited for her in the lobby and greeted her. The first thing she did was flirt with him.
They chatted for a while and Bertram learned that she is five days younger than him and does investigative work in her spare time.
Bertram decided to flirt back and she was into it.
Bertram finds her blindly stunning and she finds him hot. Do we have a potential match here?
Bertram: Malika, would you like to go to the town dance with me on Sunday?
Malika: Of course, I'll go with you! Just promise to not embarrass me.
Bertram: I promise, Malika. It's well past time we should be home. I'm glad we had a chance to get together today. I'll see you on Sunday!
Malika: I was hoping you would invite me to the dance. I wasn't sure you even noticed me.
Bertram: How could I not notice you? You're beautiful. Goodnight, Malika.
Malika: Thank you. Goodnight, Bertram.
As Malika turned around, Bertram did a little happy dance.
And instead of going home, the two promptly sat down and did their homework together in the city hall lobby.

Topher Baker is courting Carol Funke.
Heathcliff Baker has passed on. Becky Baker inherited his entire estate of §28,942 after the sale of his home and possessions.
Marley and Aimee Williams are still in love after all this time. He was seen kissing her tenderly on the cheek when they thought they were alone.
Johnny Amethyst was able to clear up his debt.
Pablo, Jennifer, Adriane, Rochelle, and their dog Joy moved into The Quarterround just inside the walls of Praaven.
~texansky~ I checked out their new home and it is suitable for the family for the foreseeable future. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom home. The main bedroom on the second floor has a double bed, while the children's bedroom on the third floor has two twin beds and a crib. All I had to do was add a food bowl for Joy.
Holden Wozny has been talking to a neighbor about his writing.
More Paige news:
Bertram and Malika finally finished their homework at 1:20 and Bertram headed for home. They are going to be dead tired in the morning. Good thing it's Saturday and they can sleep in.
When Bertram arrived home, he headed straight for the refrigerator and got out some leftover organic waffles.
Then he took a shower, used the commode, and fell into bed exhausted.
In the morning, Jarret and Rebeca had breakfast and went outside to see to the bees and garden.
As soon as he got out of bed, Bertram headed to Mahlsberg in hopes of catching Malika at home. He ran into her on the way.
When he greeted her, they had hearts for one another. How romantic!
Then he lobbed a water balloon at her and the fight was on!
~texansky~ I lightened this picture so you could see Malika better. Any further lightening would have ruined the picture.
Bertram and Malika chatted for quite a while becoming best friends.
Bertram: How was your day? Did you get enough sleep?
Malika: I did sleep well. My day was really good. I took care of my siblings while my mother was off to town.
Bertram: How many siblings do you have?
Malika: Two. Two. My sister Teri just had her birthday and just school this week. Justina is the baby of the family. She crawls around and gets into everything! I have to watch her like a hawk.
Bertram: It sounds like you enjoy your family.
Malika: Yes, my parents are wonderful, and my sisters are good most of the time.
Bertram: Would you like to watch the stars with me?
Malika: I would like that.
They sat on the grass side by side and slid closer to one another. Bertram took her hand and squeezed it gently. Wait, who is that standing so close behind them?
Spencer Funke was not happy to see Bertram and Malika together. He has a strong dislike for both Malika and Bertram for some reason.
And then Topher Baker showed up showing his disapproval of Malika. Spencer and Topher left, so Bertram asked her to break up with Topher. Then Topher and Spencer returned, and when she agreed to break up with Topher, he ran off, clearly upset.
At this point, they decided to call it a night. Bertram was looking forward to going to the dance with Malika.

I use Chrome and have Edge like you. I clear both and then close all the browsers. That usually works for me.

Of course, if you have a blank screen on the Welcome tab, that could be an issue with the store. Have you checked to see if you can bring it up?
..that is, if the weather doesn't get to bad and I still have electricity, because a weather warning on the highest level ("extreme weather Ingunn") was just issued here earlier today for strong winds, so who knows..
but, anyway, to have something to show for and that the downtown area is pretty complete, here are the latest screenshots I took after my test sim Archie had finished enjoying a few drinks at the Fløien Restaurant just in time to watch the sunset.

I have Edge as well but you can go into settings on Edge and turn on IE as there are still some things that use it.
You first need to go to your Settings on Edge and then Default Browser and click on the Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode button and then hit Restart so that Edge recognizes IE in the Privacy, Search and Services tab. Once that is done, then you can go to Privacy, Search and Services to see the Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer.

Happy Birthday, Avery!
Rebeca is so lovely. Jarret can't resist kissing her every chance he gets.
Jarret: You're so beautiful. I am the luckiest man in all of Praaven to have you as my wife and the mother of our children.
Rebeca: I'm the lucky one to have you as my husband and the father of our children.
And in other news:
Blanca Davila had a daughter and named her Alana. Her father is Aidan Bishop. Right after the birth, Blanca became an adult.
She also adopted a puppy named Rose. From the size of her paws, she will be a big dog.
~texansky~ I checked the home that Blanca Davila was living in. It did have a crib for Alana, but there was only a double bed for herself and Homer Murrell to sleep in, so I moved Blanca, Alana, and Rose next door to live with Aidan Bishop. It was already set up for a family, so all I had to do was add a dog dish.
As soon as Blanca moved in with Aidan, she had a wish to marry. Will she get her wish?
Seamus and Gwen Bishop had a son. They named him Carl.
Rosalyn Funke is now a child. She will go to the Praaven school after the weekend.
Bianca Payne, Eliza Arnett, and Lincoln Basham are now adults.
~texansky~ I will not be taking pictures of the new adults as they look similar to their young adult selves.
Galen Bishop is a child and will be joining the other children at the Praaven school.
Deanna Basham is expecting her first child. She and Lincoln are thrilled. They have been trying to have a child for years.
Craven Lestat has become an elder.
~texansky~ One of these times, I'm going to set him back to the beginning of young adult so he can enjoy more time in my games.
You know what? I am going to do that right now. I'd like to see how lives his entire life. Will he remain single?
Sabrina Funke is now an elder. This outfit looks great on her.
More Family News:
Bertram and Malika attended the dance together. They did the chicken dance while everyone watched.
Avery also tagged along. He got rejected for a dance by his crush but he still had a good time.
They all arrived so late that the dance was nearly over when they arrived. Regretfully, I didn't get a picture of Malika.
Everyone made it home before curfew.
Monday morning, Bertram improved his school performance by attending the writing class. He will be graduating from school within the week.
More local birthdays:
Ami Amethyst, Aimee Williams, and Christian Payne are now adults.
Twins Alexis and Joann Bishop are now crawling all around and getting into everything.
Cindy Payne and Faye Lum celebrated their birthdays and they are children. They will be attending school in Praaven on Monday. Neither of them appears to like the idea of school.
Cindy Payne's younger brother Gary became a toddler. What do you suppose his hand tastes like?
Pablo Martinez and Holden Wozny headed to the local pub to hang out, have a few steins, and catch up on recent events.
The Paiges of Time: Congratulations!
Bertram Paige and Malika Williams:
Avery: It's raining pretty hard out there. We are going to be soaked by the time we get to school.
Bertram: I know. Why does it have to rain all the time?
Avery: The rain keeps the plants alive and green. When it doesn't rain, our mother has to draw water from the well to water her garden.
Bertram: That's true. We better leave for school now before we're late.
Avery: Let's go!
Rebeca just finished a portrait of Jarret.
Rebeca: I finished your portrait. What do you think, Jarret?
Jarret: It's a very good likeness. You are a very talented painter.
Rebeca: I plan on painting portraits of Bertram and Avery when they graduate from school. Avery has a talent for painting, and Bertram wants to learn to paint as well, so one of them will probably paint my portrait.
Jarret: I'll have to make another painting easel. Where do you suppose we could put it?
Rebeca: I can move the red berry bean plants into our bedroom, and the easel can go on that wall.
Jarret: I'll start working on the easel just as soon as I finish tending to the bees.
Bertram has a wish to become an illustrious author. He is penning a novel entitled The Red-Tailed Deer.
Avery is struggling to finish writing Adriana Goes to School.
Both Bertram and Avery have improved their writing skill to level three.
When they had finished their manuscripts, they headed for bed.
The next day, both boys went to the Praaven Gazette after school with their manuscripts.
Avery submitted Adriana Goes to School and will receive royalties of §37.
The Praaven Gazette liked The Red-Tailed Deer. They will be paying Bertram §61 in royalties. He had also improved his writing skills to level four.
Afterward, Bertram went to the city hall and registered as a self-employed author.
Bertram then went to visit Malika Williams with one thing on his mind. He knew she was meant for him, and he wanted to marry her. She was five days younger than him, so he would have to wait for her to graduate from high school. But nothing was stopping him from asking her to marry him.
Bertram: Malika, I have grown to love you so much and want to have you as my wife.
Bertram dropped the box on the floor, then quickly scooped it up and opened it to reveal an engagement ring with a tiny chip of a diamond.
Bertram: Malika Williams, will you marry me when you graduate from high school?
Malika: Bertram Paige, you rascal! I have come to love you just as much. Yes, I will marry you. I can't wait for that day.
Afterward, Malika made mac and cheese and burned it badly.
Malika: Would you like some mac and cheese? I'm sorry it's overcooked.
Bertram: It's fine. It takes time to learn to cook. I appreciate you taking the time to make me dinner.
Bertram ate it anyway thinking to himself how fortunate he was to be marrying someone who had the desire to cook for him.
Happenings Around Praaven:
There were two birthdays in the Arnett household.
Allen became a child...
...and Cameron is now a toddler.
Ami Amethyst is an elder.
Topher Baker and Carol Funke are going steady. He was dating both Carol and Malika at the same time. As soon as Malika broke it off, he went running to Carol.
Rose Davila is no longer a puppy.
Theodore Lum has been promoted to Overseer of the Dead at the mausoleum.
Jennifer Martinez is now an elder and has officially retired.
Gwen Bishop, Anitra Clarke, Eli Stover, Seamus Bishop, and Willis Arnett are now adults.
Justina Williams celebrated her birthday and will start school soon.
Theodore Lum is now an elder.
Razzy, the Amethyst's cat, is now an elder.
Pablo and Jennifer Martinez continue to be inseparable. Their love for one another is strong.
Gwen Bishop and Jennifer Martinez met at the pub to celebrate their birthdays together. While they were there, Craven Lestat dropped by to catch up on the latest gossip.

Alana Davila has become a toddler. Where in the world did she get that blonde hair from? Mom is a redhead and Dad has black hair.
Where Did the Time Go?
Over the past few weeks, I've been busy with other things and wasn't playing my Praaven save. I hadn't paid attention to what was being posted, and didn't realize that my scheduled posts had all been posted and that I didn't post one for Saturday, January 27, 2024, or for Monday, January 29, 2024!
I sincerely apologize for the oversight. I promise a new post will be on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
In the meantime, something strange had happened at the Paige household.
This is a very unusual sight for medieval times. Maybe aliens were visiting back then and folks who saw them were thought to be in their cups.
After their encounter, the alien ran all the way to the city of Praaven and disappeared in the area of the red circle.
