thats a reference image. i used flickers to post the screen shot of my issue. How do you post for images directly on forum from Imgur?

you can also find all the different linking options there
the ... thing pops up when you hover over the picture
and when you click ''get share links'' you get the same menu popup

This base game wallpaper acting weird

This is imgurs old design, since they are a new account they were opted into the beta design
It explains here how to get it too look like yours and how to revert back

I use imjur. Before that I used Photobucket, but then they changed from a free site to a pay site. Others recommended imjur to me. I have not been sorry. It's free and rather easy to use. I have no experience with Flickr, else I would advise you on it. Over at imjur, you click on the picture you want, and it opens up a new page, with just the selected image. On screen right there is a vertical row of buttons. They are each labeled as to where to use it. The fifth button down in the row, is the one for forums, for instance. I just click on that and then do a CTLR +V in the forum page and voila the link appears. Mostly, if I find the [ i m g ] showing when I hit the preview button, it's because I didn't close the bracket for [ S p o i l e r ]. Or I clicked too fast and accidentally used the shift button giving me {instead of [ for the spoiler command. That takes me a minute to sort out. Perhaps, that's where your problem lies?

but I dont see it. This is what I see:

and flickrs , to put the photo on forums is the bbc code, but there is not one I can find here

Photobucket I used to use a long time ago. Flickr I had an old acount, I wonder what happened to it. Floating in outer internet space.

Wow, did you click on your picture from your imjur images page? You know, the page you get when you set up your account and can upload your pictures to? That is really strange. The pages you show look like the same page. See @Ellupelluellu above. I don't know how to capture a screenshot to my chagrin.

You click on the image you want from your images page. This should bring up the picture by itself. Then I select the fifth button from the top. Going onto the forum, I then put my curser on the page where I wish to add the image and hold Ctrl + V and that applies the link. Easy-peasy.

@GalacticGal You can take a screenshot of the screen on windows by pressing the windows button and prnt screen button at the same time. It would save it somewhere pictures folder. You can do it at anytime, in game or wherever
@Ellupelluellu I like the old design until I was forced to the new design, then found out in a very long time I had an option to switch back

Yes. I built yet another lot in Granite Falls
trying to channel Vacation Island from TS1
wish we had archery.

(also for some reason my sims won't use that dang pier to go fishing and the fireflies won't spawn

I'm still investigating the werewolwes pack and now I play my version of the Fyres lady. It's prom day and I let her wear formal outfit. There's just time to stock up on supplies from the standard Fyres lady.
