    If you're like me, your Dl has been "downloading" for the past 2 hours.

    What are you doing to keep yourself occupied? Are you playing Sims 4 without the pack? Can you play on another machine? What about stuff unrelated to the Sims?

    I'm doing chores and listening to music.

      Yes, my "preparing" time for the download is 14% after 2 hours. I have to go out soon and then will play something else.

      Strange. I had no problems to download.
      It started immediately and within a few minutes we were ready to play. That was 2 hours ago, though.

      Still waiting for the fallout from the patch to get sorted. Meanwhile, I'm playing Sims un-patched in offline mode.

      I don't know if it'll help but mine was taking forever so I left it going, didn't cancel, and just restarted the app in the drop down menu, it was loading normally after and finished quickly.
      Reddestiny921 on the gallery...still not sure if I capitalized the second d..lol

      I had a bit of trouble getting Origin to start the download, but once I changed the preference setting to update automatically and then quit and restarted the app there was no problem.This too was about two hours ago now. (But maybe it’s been working better on Origin than on the EA app.)

      I exited the EA app, rebooted, and tried again then decided to cancel it and play without it. Who wants housework? Not me! I'm taking a break while the washing machine does the work.

      I wonder if uploading multi family lots is worth it? Will people want rentals without the new objects?
