It's clear that some Simmers on here want a Greece themed pack, However nobody on here can decide what version of Greece should be done, Personally I would like a Greece pack to based off Ancient Greece with Occults based off of Greek Mythology like Demigods ,Centuars, Hydras, Cyclops, Saytrs, Gorgons (like Medusa) and Pegasuses.
However some Simmers want a modern Greece to place their hotels and Others want one that is a Historically Accurate version (aka No Occults), I still think that a pack based off of Greek mythology is the best way to go, if Greece is a chosen as a potential pack destination.

I'd like a world that is fully fleshed out ancient Greek architecture and the like. You know, something like Assassin's Creed Odyssey, where the developers made themselves historically informed so as to create something a little more accurate (to the best of our abilities). The world would be gorgeous and we'd have much better Greek building stuff to work with.
I also think that historical gameplay without cell phones, computers, TVs, PCs, other technology is something that a lot of people would like. I see CC made all of the time for this kind of play.
Of course, music is also a big factor for me wanting it. The Aulos and Lyre are a famous "match-up" (for lack of a better term) of instruments in music history. It would be cool to have them.
Now, people may find that kinda bland. I understand. Ancient Greece would have to be watered down a lot and altered to fit into the utopia of The Sims. I have no problem with that, as I'm not one for violence anyway (took a lot to get me to play AC Odyssey lol and I turned off the blood, of course!), so yeah, throw in some occults, too. I don't mind as long as they are done similarly to werewolves who don't appear in my game ever because I don't seek them out. Who knows maybe there's something I might like? I have a sim of Euterpe (one of the ancient Greek muses in mythology) and wouldn't mind making her a true deity. lol
This is a very long and detailed post about Greek Food, Tourism, Mythology, Music and potential sites to be visited

An area inspired by Mykonos. Think white buildings, flowering trees, windmills, crystal blue waters, cafe tables next to the sea...
Inclusion of a new skill- sailing. Boats that can accommodate 2 sims, up to 6/8 sims. Once sailing skill is high enough sims can sail to a secret area which would be secluded beach style area.
Seals, sea turtles. Hyacinth, daffodils, orchids, ferns
Historical area/special lot with something like the Acropolis.
Market lot for Greece- Learn about Greek Gods or Astronomy, crafting-beading. Purchase items special to this world such as olive oils, cheeses, honey, soaps, coffee, wine.
Inclusion of picnic baskets. Greek food (so many options of what they could include bc Greek food is amazing)
Cooking classes?
New skills- cheese making, pottery, sailing
New harvestable- olives, make products from olive oil.
