Making CC without using Blender

Hey everyone,
I've been learning 3D modeling for the past year and I'm interested in making cc for The Sims 4. But, I've been learning it in Maya and not Blender. I've been trying to figure out how to make it work with S4S but nothing seems to be working. Is there a way to make cc without using Blender with S4S or just making cc without S4S at all?
Thank you! :)
I want Seasons and Island Paradise for The Sims 4!

As far as I know, you will have to use Blender files in S4S. However, that doesn't mean you have to create the models themselves in Blender. You could make the model in Maya and then export it to a file type that can be imported into Blender (.obj is an option - although I have never used Maya so I don't know what it can export).

You will have to learn a little bit of Blender for the process of making it ready to put into the game, but you won't have to learn much about the modeling process for that. Really, just the most basic of things.

Thank you, I'll try what I can do with that workaround. :)

Let me know if you have any questions. I have used Blender and S4S for a few years now. I can't guarantee I can answer because sometimes there are things that puzzle me, too, but I can try! lol

Hello. For example, what settings do we need to make when we put a dress we made in Marvelous into the blender?
