Okay first, I don't always use this section but I know it is just being kind not to interrupt someone else's story but on this thread, if you're rotating and just want to dump pictures and tell us about it go for it. I would say we'll be fair about pictures at least use spoilers or add them in later if you have a ton. I would say more than 11 unless breaking it up in more than a post, I just don't fit into a lot of really busy categories and I wasn't sure if I could use my old rotating save it was cut for awhile, necroposting and all.
Mmkay that aside.
Now these are the Hearts, Gigi and her father Gio, he is visiting not just as a stay over but moved right in to see how things were going. He was playing friendly and it took all he had not to construct a pool wrapped up in a wall when he heard the horrible news. The supposed professional he hired to watch his daughter had fallen for her and now he was a grandfather, one that had to actually promise to behave. She had always been kept in another house far from work so she didn't know all the ins and outs of how he made money but he was The Boss for a reason, she wasn't dim, as much as it seemed otherwise.
"Please dad, he's good to me, isn't that what you always wanted?" he scoffed, he wouldn't answer, it was never that simple.
He brought along his bodyguard Vincent who was trying to play cold and heartless (ha) but as much as he tried to keep it at disbelief, going after the boss's daughter and all he couldn't help but be jealous. He didn't think there was a chance in the world above the man would ever notice him and he didn't have the courage to go after him in the same way. Naturally, his affection wasn't for the other guard more his 'station' so to speak.
"You know it isn't going to be simple you can't just play happy family man now."
"Pfft, he won't touch me, not with my angels around, besides I was told to keep her safe which I did."
Vincent shot him another dirty look, knowing he was right he knew Gio would play big bad but if she wasn't in danger Gigi was his pride and joy and now the family was moving on he always had a different mood around his family. Not that he'd seen it much just being staff but he knew there was reason Gigi was still close to her father being the way she was and the way he did business.
He knew when to play soft if he was with the right person.
He could have brought a bed but went with a sleeping bag to keep Vincent close to the door, he always kept a gaurd at the bedroom door even with a team watching the elevator or really any other entrance at all times. It was good to be cautious but with everyone else.
Gigi woke up fairly early to the sound of Vincent cooking, she didn't know much about him, she had known him in the general sense quite some time just because he was young didn't mean he didn't earn his place in her father's eye. Though he had always forbidden her from being too close, it had been a fight to get out of his house without a guard and this is what happens, she chuckled wondering if he thought Vincent was her type, or that she was his.
"Maybe he had a point, but don't ever tell him that sweetie." she had the family she wanted and it could only get bigger no matter what he thought.
At least he was being nice, by simply ignoring his would-be son-in-law.
She only cooed in response, not really caring about any of them, they weren't mommy after all.
You could almost imagine they were a normal little family.
Though there is always a reminder it isn't.
"I saw you with my granddaughter, remember these girls are my family you're the help, stay that way."
He only nodded.
"I'm sorry sir I thought you wanted me to help."
"Don't assume you're a fine worker beyond that, well, watch yourself."
"Yes sir."
Mmkay mostly it is generally light but a little intro I have more.

Being on his own so long Akira never thought he'd want a family or anything but a sudden change of heart became the best thing that ever happened to him. It made it easier to get a better job, and work harder at it. Looking at his son now he knew he would need to move even with a nanny he didn't want him to struggle sleeping with bad neighbors without his father around.
He almost knew what he had to do even if he was unsure.
He decided that young or not he wanted to at least show Odin where he lived before he changed his mind, no he wanted better for his boy even though he felt a little emotional. He loved his home but at the same time it wasn't the best for parents, now that wasn't to say you couldn't have a family here. However, a single father who was just figuring things out with no real plan? It was best to at least see if there was good to his plan. Maybe they'd come back but for now he had to go, try something different.
For his son.
Their new home was a breath of fresh air, and rather large for just the two of them but he knew he didn't want to be single forever he just had to focus on work and Odin for now.
All the same it was nice to imagine what sort of woman would join their little family, though it was fine he didn't know her now he rather enjoyed only hearing a few giggles over his games when he got a chance to relax.
I thought he looked particularly happy to come home and see Odin after a bad day at work.
He really was and he was pleased the accommodating nanny was still hanging on doing what he needed to do.
Gotta have me time sometimes, even when it's sad your baby just has to go to bed.

So I brought back my Howards family, I had them saved on the gallery which I don't always do but I love them so much and got them all updated and it was nice to play with them. Though Reggie there seems to only be focusing on gathering his whole family for an outing and his way out, they have come far from renovating that old shack and moving across the world it seemed.
Oh and his wife is named Leslie I realized I hadn't edited her last name or any of their children, the eldest is Jessica followed by, and I think because it's been a while and we have two sets of twins. Sam, Tom, Nadine and Veronica the baby is Annie.
I updated Club Calico before but did it again before letting them come spend the day here I don't know why but it is tradition to use it for most summer holidays. I mostly let them do whatever they liked.
Annie here decided she should eat by the trash as that is where the bunnies are.
Tom is a very loving older brother, though I got pop ups most the time the family stayed close together probably because of the new dynamics but it is adorable how they remind me they were in fact a good family even with the decisions made ha.
I took them home after Leslie decided to sleep in the hot tub, I liked how the boy's room ended up, about this time they were told it was time for prom so of course they had to go. I'll share the rest later.

Okay so arrived and I saw it was a lot busier than I was expecting which is always nice.
I let them get some food and take their photos, Jessica voted for them for prom royalty.
They briefly spoke to the other students then clung to their sister's side maybe cause their close? I don't know but I found it cute I added them on a saturday I think so they hadn't even started school yet.
She worked them out of their shy state the rest of the way because she wanted them to have a good time.
Funny enough I didn't see anyone vote most the other students were eating or hanging out as if they didn't care who won so maybe that's why they were both selected.
Sam hurried off the stage to show off his crown to his sister were his much more relaxed twin seemed ready to give a speech out of his bubble. Lol (Yes I ignore the nonsense hat they are both royalty
Anyways, they were invited to the after party and I thought these two could be paired up, last time they were in game they died at their great nephew's wedding I think it was, with the other set of twins immediately after and never had their own lives. No matter how much I liked them was not good at rotating.
Now things are cute as I plan more for them.

Anyways it was time for Kyle Kyleson and Xochitl to get married, I had been putting it off due to wanting to play in the time before work and not having time normally. Her daughter couldn't help getting a little emotional she isn't completely attached to Kyle but she is fond of him and he might just be an okay dad.
Yeah that's my Kyle, our resident freeloader who cleans up real nice when he feels the need, I made a few edits here and there and all seemed to be going smoothly though I realized about here what I did wrong. The family lives together so I could just call them but they weren't actually guests I had to dress them and whatnot, that aside it works.
Anyhoo.
Almost immediately Kyle crashed into her life just like he did when he was couch surfing, now he had developed a loyal and cheerful trait since being with Xochitl. Though he wasn't aware of her brief romance with Christopher and that only one of their two boys was a science baby. An offer from a kind friend, she would just tuck that info into her pocket and never speak of it again.
That's not to say she doesn't love Kyle but after seeing how little Christopher wanted from their "future" it was possible she could have chosen anyone.
Yeah...she'll keep that to herself too.
After cake I let them have their first dance and for once they stayed where I put them and didn't run outside, maybe the dip in the floor had something to do with that.
they actually danced for a good bit too and he is just over the moon over their first dance (yes there is a sentiment) she didn't get it but she is happy to be a newlywed.
I think they are dreaming of dropping off their family and going on a little honeymoon.
Wish granted, she is already thinking after a long peaceful wedding and a honeymoon here maybe they ought to move. Kyle would surely do anything for his new wife.

So I was paranoid about the babies and simply cheated their moods so I didn't have to worry about them while they had time for themselves. Kyle is almost always ready to party and of course his wife ought to enjoy that too, at least a little he was far too impressed that she fit the bill easily.
She also tapped the keg the first try which never happens for me so she must be perfect for him.
Time to relax, it was here that Christopher called asking if he should date someone, almost like he was hoping what he heard was just a story and that they could still be a thing. My sims are still connected but when I checked on him he completely forgot the other woman, may just have to give him someone.

I feel like I never used the sculpting video the dance video is fun and they started following them again, he gets almost antsy when she isn't around but she needed the bathroom and he could at least wait.
I still love tan lines.
While she showered later he slipped out to buy her a bouquet because I forgot to get her one, which meant more pictures he wants to remember every moment no matter what.
When it was time to leave he was delighted to learn she was pregnant, woo that was quick, yeah no maybe oh well.
They were really excited to get home to their kids, Karmine joined them soon as well.

Mickey loves his son so much, the game named him Gilberto after naming my alien infant Margarita, I feel like I've never gotten either of those and trust I have a LOT of kids hehe.
His wife had to get a picture for the wall, it really adds to the family photos, not much to say they haven't even moved on to thinking how he'll grow up or if he'll be close to their friend's new baby he is just their little angel. They're okay with that.
Mickey got him a little bear, remember it is a game the baby is fine with a little crib decoration, disclaimer aside he is precious.
My most peaceful household as surprising as it is are my dear Howards, with Annie a child Leslie gets her family out of the house and she can just prepare dinner for the night and then they come home. Might get her a hobby, I am not much for aging up early unless I planned for it and my teens are planned for it but that means there will be three more spots and....baby fever.
Even though there are exactly 8 of them I like having multiple options it is like they have more preferences than you're thinking of, Annie decided to clean up after, making her the most darling ha.
I thought teaching how to ride was broken, but they just get distracted by the rest of the family so if you're having trouble take the sime you want to teach and the child learning outside first then do it. Leslie is just so proud of everything her babies do, they probably would have tried all night but busy days ahead.

So Stella here was at home enjoying Halloween with her family, they had a few good trick or treaters and Kyle made snacks then all of sudden she gets a call from Jeb and he hasn't contacted her at all since she gained some interest in Alexander Goth. It didn't go anywhere but she was glad he came back he was an odd one but beyond the paper bag she didn't know how odd. As in, was it to be expected she actually didn't mind the bag. Their classmates could be mean but he just seemed quirky to her.
A little playful tickling and she was able to assure him that they could be friends but more was always nice, he briefly disappeared and she was mortified thinking she scared him off, he really was a nice boy and after living most her life in the orphanage she could say she wasn't always so good at interacting with them. However, he did actually come back.
As it turns out his father was bartending there and he had gone to get a hug and decided then that he should get out of the bag, she was stunned he was quick to rejoin her. The only reason she stayed was because she knew Kyle would check in on her and she wanted to be embarrassed by herself. She was glad she stayed. He shyly apologized but hoped she didn't hate him too much, as if she could.
She assured him there was no way she could hate and asked if they could date she could see it took a lot of strength to show as much of himself as he had. He quickly agreed but even the guru thought their relationship was made to last the ages, she was now over the moon and made sure to buy a couple souvenirs for the family.
Of course when she got home she couldn't really talk to anyone as Xochitl had gone into labor and now little Trinity makes their house nice and full.

Mmkay so I was hanging with the Howards family and as soon as I loaded in I couldn't see who she was talking to from the other angle but Annie (space buns) discovered she likes affection because her big sister and one of the twins was singling her out. Which is just precious. It was foggy but suitable as it was Halloween and I threw together a little for them, this family is very very old and there is so much they have never seen. Also I cheated for them to live in this house as they have moved a lot but never been able to afford this much stuff, Leslie and Reggie even got married in the backyard of their second home, if you saw them when I first played with them I bet it would be surprising I even still remember that ha.
I started up a spooky party for them and they chose their costumes (still glitched you will have to change their costumes manually for it to accept they are wearing them if you want to do the tasks.) Anyways I turned on music and mostly watched them, while Reggie was outside carving a pumpkin and the others were dancing Jessica kept routing to her mother to hang out. I wanted to do things differently as they were originally just a legacy of bad decisions and I still remember when the two sets of twins died one after the other at their grand-nephew's wedding so now I'll age the eldest set up closer to Jessica so they can go to college. She is still the first born and is going way ahead of them though almost like she can tell she'll be leaving her big family. Still I let her lock her bedroom door she loves to be around both her parents all the same.
I feel like Reggie really enjoyed going all out on his costume since Leslie was just a space smuggler I think.
I don't normally have a grand meal for Halloween but I let them have a fish dinner anyways and as Leslie wasn't much for dancing, why not add something to the brownies she already made.
A little thing some people may not know about when you have other options on the table and call to meal the sims may automatically pick something else. Leslie doesn't mind she just wants to see all her kids well fed...and with a full house, she cooks a lot. I don't normally stop them from eating whatever leftover they want so they are good at clearing the fridge.
Now as I said I had to change costumes, it was getting late and they said some things hadn't been met which of course they had but whatever.
I don't know why the teens hanging out in costume amuses me so much but it does, I chose close because that was how I remembered them I had a lot of glitches with them in the past, bad computers and what not so I had to regularly move them to new saves to keep them. I would start by taking them to other houses to meet family and close fit them. The younger group has always adored Jessica and they will follow her around if they have nothing else which she naturally doesn't mind when she's not in her room.
The next morning Reggie developed the family-orientated trait(one I thought he had already) while, no surprise, talking to Jessica my baby is a golden child even though her bad decision was starting a family with an immortal glitched roommate the first night they met. Heh, anyhow I had her ask him to push her on the swings, doesn't matter how big she gets she'll always be his little girl. Even though they never got to see this stuff and many pictures are long lost she is still that little baby they had living outside while they remodeled that old broken down cottage.
I think I'm a little sad, maybe they'll get to recreat the two kids they had when the three eldest moved out even though I'd like them to have a pet too, decisions decisions, give me fifteen slots team!
