Parkside Micro Starter is a lovely micro starter! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design,great gardening and swings areas,and pretty fountain and flowers area. The interior furnishing is lovely and very nice open plan layout. The wall patterns are pretty.
Rags to Riches is a great starter for a rags to riches challenge! @luckyheather The home building is very nice,and pretty flowerbox windows, flower cart and flowers. Very nice well, and great outdoors table and seat area.
Thank you @rosemow for saying its a great starter for the Rags to Riches challenge I thought it can be used as it has a base and roof and fake walls that can be deleted and replaced by real walls quite quickly once a sim starts finding things to sell. Im pleased you like the outdoor areas as I had fun looking in debug for pretty flowers.

Note: The Cottage is made of debug walls and windows/doors and its on a base and has a nice roof so you can build the walls later. It is a Micro starter at the moment so you will learn skills faster on the lot etc.
