@AIRIS6962 Thanks! I'm glad you like them. I like throwing a little color in all the time. Since I tend towards white, grey and blue very often, I try switching it up by mixing less obvious colors once in a while. What's your favorite?
I needed a break from my SanMyshuno rebuild (can't quite figure out what I want to do with the meadows), so I decided to try AlJay's Blueprint Builds challenge and set the lot in a completely different world : Selvadorada. I also tried to limit the number of packs I used this time around. I hope you enjoy the results!

Yes, the lot is both toddler-friendly and pet-friendly. Let's go into the bedrooms and some of the bathrooms. There are two double beds, one single and a toddler bed. There are also two and a half bathrooms.
The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe, on-suite bathroom and private balcony.
A Jungle in your Backyard is a lovely jungle home for Selvadorada! Very nice exterior design, and the flowers, plants, greenery, pond are so very lovely! The little floor lights look very pretty in the nighttime on the path edges. Very nice outdoors dining, bbq and fireplace sitting patio. Sims will have fun on the waterslide. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice tiger wall pattern in the living and dining room areas. The wood texture of the furniture through the build areas is very nice, The patterned floor rugs are very nice. Very nice blue wall tiling in the bathroom. The soft toys in the kids room are cute!
Oops! I forgot to keep this thread up to date. Here is a build from last month, my contribution to the BuildandShare challenge here on the forum. The Windenburg Townhouse.
Then I just added this park to the gallery. It's built in Selvadorada, right next to the jungle entrance, and is meant to welcome families with children and dogs. I built it for the GLovelysQCC79 challenge, which was to build a park with a pool that would be welcoming to dogs. It does lack a fence, but I wanted to make it blend in with the surroundings and be accessible for strays and such. There's plenty of things for dogs to do (and a bowl for when they inevitably become hungry) as well as playground equipment for children and toddlers and a high chair for toddlers. There are also toys strewn about near the tall grass as if they were forgotten there or left for others to enjoy.
The Windenberg Townhouse is very lovely! Very great exterior design of each townhouse,very nice windows, and great balconies and back patios. Very lovely furnishing, colours, and layout of the interior of each home
The Dog Park is a great park for pets and families ! Very great design and layout! Very nice fireplace sitting area, and great chess and kids play areas. The outdoors dining and bbq area is lovely, and great pets obstacle course area. The teddy statue and dogs statue are sweet
