Hey! I've noticed you love Chocolate chip cookies & Grapes
Yes. I'm on a healthy diet for the most part. I like to start my day with a treat (two chocolate chip cookies that just melt in my mouth, mmm). I usually eat healthy for the rest of the day. I usually snack on fruit in the evening while watching TV, hence the grapes. Will be blueberries and watermelon soon when they are in season. (My two favorite fruits.) 6 years ago, I weighed 301 lbs. I'm down to 214 now and close to my goal of 200.
Ok, sorry if I bored you to tears lol. For lunch today, I had a tuna sub sandwich from Subway. Eat fresh!
