Didn't think I'd be able to download the update until tonight but work just let us leave (it's 10am eastern, US) due to a big storm we're in the middle of (expecting 6-10 inches of snow) so I'll be playing until just before 1pm. And all precautions have been taken .
Ugh, stay safe and warm! Iβm up in NE too, and we have 12 inches+ of wet heavy snow & no power (still snowing too). Iβm using my phone to check in here for patch excitement, fingers crossed the power comes back before my battery goes on me.
Does anyone know what happens with existing newborns? Are they changed automatically into the updated ones or do they stay the same?
I'll find out soon. My guess is that my nooboo won't change. I plan to age him up to an infant right away anyway.
Tell me when you know plz, I have 3 nooboos right now in my game, not updating right away because of broken mods/cc and I wonder if I can play the updated newborn stage with my existing nooboos or if only new nooboos will be updated.

I took it for granted that you'll have to age them up yourself. Unless maybe if they're already at the end of the newborn stage then the game might age them up.
