    Vacation Aspiration

Sometimes when you travel you expect to do a number of things before going back home.
Vacation Aspiration will give some touristic goals.

    Build/Buy Mode : Monuments

Like SimCity some big objects could be added to attract tourists.

I would love for them to take elements from all of our past vacations in Sims games. We can't have restaurants, but they could do food stations like in TS2. Not a food truck or food stall like we have right now, but one with a counter and seating like TS2. They could also give us cafes with outdoor seating like TS3 where a waiter bring the food out to you, but you can't go into the cafe itself. They could also give us buffets, and not like the current ones we have. I'd like actual buffet trays, salad bar, etc. that are built into a covered counter or on a long rectangular table. They could have several swatches for the location we're visiting. The food on the buffet should be based on the location as well. They could give us the option to set what's being served, or have an NPC set it based on time of day (not sure how it would work or if it can). It would be set for breakfast or lunch/dinner depending on time of day. Salad bar would have salad in the afternoon evening, but it would have yogurt, fruit, and cereal in the mornings. They could even have a desert counter.

I want to see a return of local touristy activities and performances. I miss the fire dances, log rolling, axe throwing, etc. I also want them to bring back snorkeling/scuba diving that we can actually do. They should make an underwater lot that allows us to swim and explore stuff like a sunken pirate ship, reefs, caves, etc. My favorite vacations were TS2, but I also loved explore tombs in Egypt. I also thought Paris would be an amazing vacation spot if it was done correctly, but the TS3 version was severely lacking for me. The main thing I want is hotels to come back, and they need to do cross pack integration, so we can put spas and restaurants in the hotels. We need gift shops and interesting activities to do. Dance classes? Swim up bars? WATER SLIDES! Beach volleyball or a volleyball net for the pool. I need to stop thinking about all of this because I always get these ideas and am disappointed when TS4 fails to live up to my expectations.

I would like both Sims 2 and 3 for vacation yes you can explore and have an adventure like in Sims 3 or relax at a hotel and resort like in the Sims 2 we bought souvenirs, got along with the locals and the Sims felt relaxed and refreshed when they went home.

Adding a hotel/resorts expansion pack to the game, a Mediterranean or Asian themed world, being able to run and manage a hotel, hiring staff, adding a active lifeguard career, more hot tubs, kids clubs for Sims Parents to drop their children off for a bit, bars, pools, waterslides etc.

    Airport neighborhood (Special lot)

Let's pretend that the sims travel by airplane.
From this venue they could go to vacation by talking to airport ground staff.
The NPC townies (Tourists and business sims) would visit this place with a suitcase.

I want a world with a hotel and a cruise ship please that’s what I want for vacationing in the sims 4

So many cross-pack features will be tough to do.
I don't know if we have a regional souvenir tag system. If you mean unique collections in every world, I think purchasing them in stalls is unfair and less challenging.
But I love the other ideas you propose. It has great potential to become another EP without a world but making all meaningful.

    Touristic beach

It's missing in The Sims 4, the beach vibe

Ice cream panier would be nice.

    Mobile home and parking space

Imagine your sims traveling everywhere with their home during vacation, just they need a place to park.

It could be a building shell with customisable rooms and some perks like Tiny home residential in SP16 Tiny Living.

Building sandcastle, playing beach volleyball, and the presence of the pretty lifeguard women are basic conditions for a memorable vacation B)

It would be nice to have lots on that have tour info centers that allow you to purchase options to have tours or have it so that they can give your sim ideas of what to do in that world. This could also can depending on the season to wait is best to do. sticking with seasons it would be a cool idea to have an off peak season and a holiday peak season with prices changing and places getting busier with NPC characters.

Could have it so school have half terms holidays for like 5 days to let the sims go on holiday with all the family, where everything is more expensive like in real life.

Adding travel to vacation I think would add to the joy of playing like getting the train (going throw buying tickets etc) airports (passport control visa etc, taxis and boats. I like taking my sims away but do think the whole vacation thing is missing that.

I'd like to see more content add to the places we can already take our sims away too, and interactions (changing dependant on the season maybe?)Being able to have your sims review the places they have stayed and visited while away (like tripadvisor and airbnb) Also adding hotels would be good for this. having a lot trait like 'tourist trap" that makes the lot busier, more expensive and sims more likely to be conned out of more or thiefs lurking around.

As for location for vacations I'd love one what was loosely based around the highlands of Scotland with castles to rent out hotels being n castles and castle ruins. Large lakes that have sea monster (nessie) being able to drive a boat on the lake or kayak/swim. Have walking tails to follow that leads to hidden places. Have items that can be collected (again change these with the seasons) different foods to eat and try. North Wales and the Yorkshire dales would be good places to base some holiday worlds one too. You can have caves to explore which can add to more places to rock climb.

I never thought of this! This would be amazing, there could even be a campervan park world or lot that allows you to park them and move them

    Cultural collectible

With the Cultured trait, the sims could collect infos about the worlds that they are visiting during their vacation.
History, architecture, ... every neighborhoods should have something to say about them.
