      @cchant86 Those outfits are hilarious and I thought it was just my sim who had bad taste. :)

      Its like they tossed all wearable items they own in a huge pile on the floor, rolled around in it and go: "whatever sticks, I'll wear today!"

      Some outfits are actually not so bad, but the colours/pattern combos really didn't match too well. And of course accessories in every possible slot.

      I feel like this isn't an accident... it's not the first time I've seen people walking around San Myshuno in a luchadores mask. Is this a thing?

      @RySBI They are NPC's with the hidden trait "Weirdo". Introduced by City Living, and as far as I know, immortal. Bringing life to the city, or something I guess. Another is the sim dressed in only a bath towel, running in panic (like they do when they are scared) through the street (or whereever you happen to be). Don't know the story behind that one, guess its up to the players to imagine.

      I hadn't seen any characters worth sharing in a while, either...until this fellow turned up at the Romance Festival.

      Z spit out a mouthful of water upon seeing him. Good thing I had the laptop. He's been saved to our Gallery.

      Pretty in pink, I guess? The yellow speedos don't exactly go with the pink though in my opinion. But at least he has enough sense to wear a bathing suit instead of jumping in fully clothed like the other two! o.O

      First time I hear of them, but it makes sense now, that I see the outfit seems to be scripted in.

      I suppose they're there to create the weirdness of the city, along with the sims you occasionally see running around covered in only a towel. Exciting nightlife in San Myshuno :D

      I never saw the immortal weirdo 😂.

      San Myshunos golden performer is also immortal and does not age. If your sim tips them they earn the gold statue costume and abilities too.
