I don't really play with premades but my favorite has to be Agnes Crumplebottom from the Sims 3. I played her and Don in a legacy challenge. Over three generations they had twin daughters and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
I don't remember Agnes on GameCube Sims 3. I would have to say my favorite was is Malcolm Landgrab Sims 3. He was such an adorable coward. I loved manipulating him into my household and watching him cower when thieves broke in. I even maxed out his muscles and he still would pass out in a confrontation. 🤣

I think they just want original Sims characters. The Star Wars sims belong to another franchise.
I looked up premades from previous games. I don't remember the original game well enough to have a favourite. In Sims 3 I liked Rubisel Ichtaca - loved sailing on the houseboat. In Sims 2 I was fond of Alexandra O'Mackey - I loved the pirate outfit she wore.
It can only be Bob and Betty Newbie.
Because without their help I wouldn't have known how to play the Sims. Or learn how to make my own and play my own, or even understand what this game was about....

My favorite premade Sim would have to be Cassandra Goth. I played with her more than any other in Sims 2. I enjoy her as a teen in Sims 4 too.

This is a very strange selection of countries. A few countries within the EU are included and the rest of us are excluded. Not very nice.
I hope to be allowed to still post my answer here even if I live in a country that doesn't matter according to EA.
For me it would also be Bob and Betty because they were the sims who started it all for me.
