    HSY + DU, this is real as say wiki? (early graduation and university)

    a Teen can go to University if get an early graduation

      Yes but they can’t do the uni organisations. They can only study. I guess because they do not wish to encourage teens having uni parties. In a game with aging on, it will let you finish uni early so it is good for that.

      Teens can have keg parties in high school, they don't even have to wait until college. They aren't allowed to drink kava, but they don't shy away from juice at all.

      Well, is not laws, I always said, it should be abour mature
      So teens than can go to university are mature as legal ones
