Both an indoor and outdoor pool with a full outdoor kitchen and eating area. The yard should be spacious and more on the rustic side than is in the photo reference. I'd like lots of string lights, the lantern tree, and the swing set from the lil campers expansion - as well as the toddler ball pit and slide somewhere. I'd like the basement to look like a pub style restaurant (smallish kitchen, booth seating, fancy bar, a big TV, big karaoke machine, stage area with instruments, card table, pool table, darts, computer lab), and include a separate area in the basement for a rustic wedding venue. I'd also love a trophy room near the office with an archeology table. I would also like a small gym/sauna/spa area near the indoor pool. I'd love to have bougainvillea's climbing up the walls outside and one or two of the High School Years trellises. I would also like to have the property gated. Thank you!
