Sims not eating and doing homework

With the new addition of High School Years, I have noticed the sims weren't eating or doing their homework. Has anyone else had this issue, or knows if there is a specific mod they noticed causing this?

It's been happening to me for a long time, that npc's don't eat in restaurants, and that they ask for food on the street and don't eat it. I still couldn't find what causes this ..................
