Dark Hershey kisses, some dark chocolate gourmet peanut butter cups, handfuls here and there of my own chex mix, and a few of those Pillsbury type crescent rolls rolled up around cheese and pepperoni, baked in the air fryer and dipped in marinara.
I don't always eat like junk, but when I do, I let myself enjoy it.
I wish I had that kinda mentality. ๐
If it helps any, I think about how even if a person denies themselves all indulgences all the time, they still won't live forever (but it may feel like it ๐) and we get bellies and wrinkles anyway, so may as well get smile wrinkles rather than frown ones. ๐

I'm having a coke zero right now cuz I forgot to refill my water bottle to work. ๐ I think later for lunch I might buy a bottle of zero sugar iced lemon tea. ๐
