    A friend gifted me Brunch at the Old Mill, but it won't let me download it......

    As the title says..... It shows in my Purchase history, but can't download it because I 'don't own it' and it was gifted to me July 23, 2022.
    For me, though I own it, it also says 'Buy Now'.

      Did you try going into purchase history and using the download button and not clicking the link that goes to the item in the store?

      I had the same issue this week after discovering one of my store packs was not installed, could download from the store, but launcher refused to install it, saying I did not own it. What worked for me was being logged in to origin and having it online

      That didn't even occur to me as I am always logged in to Origin and online. Thanks for adding that suggestion!
