      I'm a vanilla player so not worried about Mods. However, I will be making a back up of my saves......... just in case :p

      Oh, man, another one? My game is still buggy from the HS update. Here's hoping this one will help the sluggishness and random skipping, freezing, and other problems.

      If you read what's planned, we're getting fixes for the groundhog day bug, among others. Let's hope this doesn't put the kybosh on my recent storyline. I need the Mods. I have been constantly besieged by the Patches since 2020. That's two full years of pain, being knocked down, having to wait for Mod updates, having to start anew One. More. Time. I can't even begin, really, to get this family back to where I was TWO YEARS ago! No wonder my blood-pressure is up. Oi!

      Glad they are doing some bug fixes! I can't play or update this week. My granddaughter was born three months early, and I have been helping my daughter. I haven't missed the game since I have a teeny tiny baby to visit each day. The good news is by the time I'm home and ready to play, all the mods should be updated.

      Deaderpool is usually quite on top of it. It's not entirely unusual for him to have any necessary hot fix by the same afternoon, after a patch drops.

      I've been using my entire Mods folder, which includes MCCC. So far, so good. :)

      OMG, I almost forgot. I haven't been home, got home and was messing around in CAS. A friend texted me tick tick tick and I was like "what's wrong with you?" LOL. She reminded me that the patch is coming. I'm so glad she reminded me, I was still online.

      ACK! *goes offline just in the nick of time....barely beat the patch*

      And even "vanilla" players can be hit with these patches in a bad way, it's not just us mod/cc users.

      ETA: Wait...wait...wait. The groundhog day is being blamed on mods/external content? Say what? So was it fixed or not? Because tons of people without either were having the issue.

      Since it doesn’t seem to be a huge patch, mostly bug fixes, hopefully mods won’t be too badly affected. But it’s better to be safe than sorry.

      I've been playing this late afternoon with my Mods folder back in my game. So far, things seem fine.

      It's a good sign that there aren't any posts in this thread about how this update had broken even more things. I'll probably wait until this weekend or next week to update. No hurry since wants and fears still haven't been fixed. A big thank you to the mods community, especially @83bienchen and MissyHissy for making mods that make life with that broken feature easier.👏👏 I'd still like to turn them off, but at least it's not running amok thanks to their efforts.🙂

      My game is currently fine as well. Although my mods were not automatically disabled like they usually are after updates though.

      Congratulations on the new granddaughter. We went through something close to what you're going through. Our youngest granddaughter was nearly two months early. Hang in there, all should be well. Ours is turning two next month.

      I think I didn't have to enable the Mods, primarily because I had removed the Mods folder for the update.

      All I know is that I didn't have to go back and enable mine. But, then again, I removed the Mods folder prior to the patch. I took a huge risk in installing it again before I began to play, after the patch. So far, things are working as they did prior to the patch. :)
