    August Patch Speculation 2022 (Now Available) Now with Patch Notes

    There will be 2 patches in August. The first is an emergency patch to fix the high school years pack and the second the normal patch for August.

      I’m hoping they will consider patching in a height adjuster for teens.

      Also I would love a new trait. They did add Kleptomaniac so it’s doable.
      I would love a fusspot trait, especially for Eliza Pancakes! They would obsess over things to the point it drives other Sims mad. Different from Perfectionist as it’s not about doing something well, just getting it done.

      Plus there’s two kits coming but I don’t think kits influence patches apart from ‘Busted Dust’. That’s been the only one I’ve seen mentioned in any patch notes.
      Now alternating between Sims 2,3 and 4! 😊☕️🌞

      Bug fixes so that I could update to the newest patch :)

      Mountain excursions being fixed really motivates me to update but right now it is better to remain on an old patch.

      The Aging Glitch

      The Traveling Bug were simmers cant invite any sim outside their household to travel with them.

      The Everone is famous if you have Get Famous.

      I imagine it's to fix those younger sims asking parents (adults) and vice versa to be bf/gf. And let's not forget, the family members asking.

      Emergency Patch is now out for consoles and I can confirm it does fix the traveling bug.

      Q1 results … Done

      No info about the upcoming content but it seems everything is fine.
      And for the Sims question, you mentioned, so we -- one of my favorite things about the Sims business is how healthy and strong it is. We actually released game packs, content and expansion packs several a year. So we are persistently connected to our players in that community. And we are pretty excited about how strong and the size of this business after about 10 years, we've had the Sims 4 brand out.

      So this is something that we persistently put content into the player community, and we'll continue to do that for the years to come.

      I hope the liks and dislikes conversation bug is fixed in this month's patch. It started with the Pre Ep Patch when they gave the likes and dislikes it's own section.

      Get to Know is useless now.

      Ask about favorite music or other favorite stuff will no longer get you an answer.

      I can't believe no one hasn't caught this bug. It's not mod related cause it's happening on consoles as well.

      I have this problem on PC but only households with teens. Get to Know just causes chatting. Clicked me too and for PC.

      Maybe a patch + the 14th kit will be released on Aug. 30th.

      Do they still anything for TS4's anniversary? A patch at the end of August would be very close to TS4's 8th anniversary.
