I have the same problem, I need to delete my post above.
This has led to 2 Molly Prescotts and others...gah! How do I fix it?
I had to start a new save file for my Not So Berry Challenge because the second Copperdale was causing my game to act weird like the FTP dropped majorly when my sim went to High School and lots of forced closing. Now I don't have a second Copperdale, my FTP are fine and only had one force close.
Does anyone else who has this problem have a main save file that they use to start all their games with? I do because it takes forever and a day to get the game set up the way I like. I started a new main save file and it fixed a lot of problems like not being open presents with household members or cook with household members. Also toddlers and kids and can choose to play dolls with household members again. So if you are encountering problems it might be worth starting a new save.
Um, nope, unfortunately repairing game did not work for me...nuts!
Not sure if you've figured this out or got an answer yet. I had this same problem, repairing my game did not help..I had to remove my save files, mods (I only had two mccc and tool mod) delete the cache files, delete the thumbnails and tray( believe that was all lol) I believe you can move the folders to your desktop, to put back into your game but I was so tired of the issue that I got rid of it all.
Once I removed everything above, and even put back in MCCC the game has worked fine. TOOL was still giving me issues so I haven't put that back in, other than the known glitches that haven't been fixed yet(and I don't even know what the glitches could be because I really don't see any at the moment)the game runs great.
Hi! Thanks for the advice! Did duplicate Copperdales have any duplicate sims in either of them? I had 2 Molly Prescotts, 2 Sydney Prices, became annoying as my sim was friends of one and disliked the copy.
In my house, dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.
Well the bad news is that repair the game did not get rid of the second Copperdale, but the good news is it did take care of the duplicate sim students I was getting...always a silver lining.

This bug appears to be happening to people with any pack that has a world which they bought after the werewolves update. It's not limited to Moonwood Mill and Copperdale. Players are reporting it happening with other worlds too (such as Tartosa, Henford on Bagley, Forgotten Hollow, and others) if they bought those packs after the werewolf update.
Please go an click "me too" if you are having this problem. There is also a workaround solution offered there, but it's complicated, so if you use it read it carefully.
