So my first creation I am posting is:
Created a new Copperdale High for my Sims. I wanted a bigger and more real feel with more skill building. Here is a quick video tour. Tour Link
It is on the gallery. A link to my creations is below in my signature.
I am also using it in my stream.
The lot includes a lot of different "classroom" only 2 are gameplay required.
Also it took more than a week. I started the shell before we even got the update before HSY came out. So it was a massive project.But I have to admit I loved working on it.

Currently I have the exterior done. Downstairs -closets done. Basement finally has a floorplan but needs furnished. I also marked out where the outbuildings are going to go and where the driveway will be. Lastly I did some of the elevation work on the terrain to get it closer.
The lot does need MOVE OBJECTS ON in order to work right. I used a lot of off grid placement & raising\lowering objects to get things looking closer. I only used a couple of debug bottles so far. Trying not to use debug stuff. Some items are collectables, crafts, or unlockables.I do use those types of hidden objects.
Also if anyone is interested I am streaming while I build it if you are curious how I did something. Because I don't use CC in my builds but I use some tricks to combine objects and repurpose them for things. Especially in this build. I am using all my tricks and making up some new ones too. It is very detailed and difficult. There is a link in my signature to my twitch stream.
The next stage is to get the second story floor plan done by using the episode with the dollhouse. Then furnish it. After that I need to work on the third floor. Last I will do the shed\forge, well house, & landscaping including a graveyard and maybe a small garden like where they had the wedding.

**Note** I did add some rooms that are mentioned in the comics but not shown in the series. I did this to help fill out the floor plans and I tried to make them go with the house from the show. Also due to the way sets are built not everything lines up nicely with the exterior shots so I had to make tweaks to rooms and the floorplan to compensate.
Currently the downstairs is done. Full floor plan is figured out. And I have the plumbing in all the bathrooms (but no details in them yet). I have the build of the well house done but need to add details. I did however finish the cave at the bottom of the well. And I finished the first bedroom. It's Bode's. I also roughed out where the drive way will be.

the interior is real nightmare though so I just gave up matching that and changed it all up
