I would absolutely be in heaven if these things were added! But, I definitely wouldn't want them to be locked to just teens! The majority of everything you listed could be used by kids-elders for the most part.

But, I'm pretty sure we will never, ever have to worry about that because it would take them 20 more years to add all of this stuff. It look them 8 years to get the few new animations that came with the HSY pack and a bunch of rabbit hole "activities".

1) Crush System

- I was so excited to get a little dramatic storyline going where my nerdy Teen sim had a crush on her jock Teen best friend sim, but then he started dating the head cheerleader (you know that old trope)... And I was excited to see how my nerdy sim would react to her crush dating & going to prom with someone else. But the time came, and my nerdy sim expressed NOTHING. No sad or angry buffs at all!

- All in all, I need more teen angst from the High School Years experience!

2) More School Activities (with possibly an editable class schedule)

- As a former drumline nerd, I was really looking forward to the new pack because I was hoping they would have a marching band club/class since they have football and cheerleading. But I was so disappointed to see there wasn't one!

- I attempted to just make a club, but there are not currently any marching band instruments in the game. I don't even necessarily need them to march around the field. It would be so cool to just have my sims sit in some bleachers and play songs, or host pep rallies at the auditorium!

- All in all, I would want to have one day of the school week customizable for an elective, wherein you would also have to join that club or after-school activity (much like when you have band or choir class, you go to that class during the day and then practice after school)

Convince a teen to do my homework by using the romance, friendship, gift or threat.
No-sleep Sleepovers : Movie marathon, gaming marathon
High school sport clubs : Swimming, soccer, basketball, wrestling, baseball, gymnastic, athletics

For teen occult it would be nice to add Responsibility points (GP05 Parenthood) because "With great power comes great responsibility".

Illegal street art (TS3) : While tagging a wall or creating a mural, there is a chance that the police will apprehend the Sim, send him/her home, and give a §1,000 fine.
Sims can protest (TS3) : A Sim can rant about one of the following things at a time
- Being Out of Shape
- Conformity
- Death ( + Death by Ranting)
- Derivative Cinema
- Differential Calculus
- Evil
- Love and Relationships

I would like to add some rules at home like

No phone after 9pm
No TV, computer, phone, tablet and console after 11pm

Screens are bad for children and teens, it keeps them energized even if they are tired.
