What is something you liked it before it was popular? *Time to put on your hipster glasses* It can be an artist, food, trend, show, etc.
I can't think of anything. I've never paid attention to what's popular enough to know. I have my things I like and love and that's all I really pay attention to. I'm sure there are some things I may have been on the cutting edge of, I may be on the cutting edge of something right now and don't even know it. To show you how out of touch I am, take my current favorite band, the Black Pumas. I thought they just came out this year. No, they've been around for 4 or 5 years now. That video for The HU that I posted a couple of weeks ago, again I thought they were an obscure new band that nobody had ever heard of. No surprise I was apparently the only human being alive who hadn't heard of them. I really am pathetic.

I loved Pokémon when it first came out in the 1990s and still liked it when everyone else in my school year had moved onto the next craze. It did used to frustrate me that one term something would be 'cool' then next month be 'uncool' and anyone who still liked it got made fun of. I'd be thinking: "You were all into this too a few weeks ago. Why do you keep changing your mind so quickly?!"
Nah. I'm jealous cuz I work now and we don't get last days. 😂
When I was in school, the last day of school was called "Field Day" and I dreaded it, because I got sick from exposure to strong sun or heat, and Field Day meant we were outside in the full sun all day, expected to do physically active things. When I started fainting and vomiting they stopped expecting me to participate. I needed to be born a lot closer the the pole.

Team Glasses!! I remember I used to hate wearing glasses when I was a kid and I always dreamt of getting lasik surgery when I grow up so I didn't have to wear glasses or contact lenses. But now I'm obsessed with glasses and getting cool frames. 😬😬 I still have a designer pair of frames stored somewhere in my room cuz I haven't gotten time (and money, LOL) to get the lenses done. 🙃
