  Completely agree, as well as half stories with slanted roofs on part of the walls.

  Love it. Make a bedroom, office, storage... secret lair? Offer just a little extra room in a tiny house.

  YES! I would love to have attics! Would be cool to have some as rooms that are livable but also have utility rooms in attics. Maybe even have a hidden door going to a secret passage to somewhere else. Having different ceiling textures would go a long way toward building a nice attic.

  That would be cool. I like attics. I usually either have really small ones or forced to use a Victorian mansard roof.
