Stuff that you buy so they can make better games... or packs.
Because I can't; I keep all sigs turned off.
From my understanding they would only need engineers for gameplay kits so I think this might be proof they aren't 'dead'.
Also, they already have the current producers working on kits (simguruazure worked on little campers) so this frees up those producers to work on packs.
I'm not convinced it's CAS/BB only. Playtesting is part of the description. (ok, you'd need a little playtesting for BB, but still.)
I hope whoever they hire enjoys gameplay kits, and has a love of weird things.

Welp, it was nice knowing you, kits!
Even by meticulously planning every sim's different outfit, even with a household of 6, there's still a distinct limit to how much clothes a Sim can wear at a time.
We get plenty of clothes in Gameplay and Expansion Packs. I'm so sick of these 'party' clothes coming out when my Sims don't even get invited to parties.

Same here.
I haven't bought any kits since Blooming Rooms.
It's must have content only from here out.
Inchion Arrivals was a must have for me because it went well with my Dark Academia look for my Britechester Sims.
Industrial loft because it did wonders for my makeover of the Old Salt house in San Myshuno.
If a kit does wonders for a specific sim or group of sims, fills a gap or completes an existing, but weak game theme, or allows me to create something new and useful, then I will pick it up.
Anything that isn't a Sulani kit or an Occult kit will be turned away at the door.
We want: Faeries, with a good ability tree, hopefully before summer 2024.
What do we want to get rid of: The holiday bug, the constant showering and the weed glitch.
I love the kits. The CAS and BB items we've gotten lately have cut down on the amount of cc I've added to my game. I don't need as much cc because the quality of what comes in these kits recently is more than close enough to satisfy me. I loved the stuff packs because you got more items, but the quality of the items in there was never as good as what's been in these kits. And if we were still getting the bigger SP we would probably still be getting the lower quality items. I've learned to embrace having fewer items of a higher quality rather then the other way around.
If they can, or would, give us SPs with this level of quality CAS and BB items then yes I would want them more than kits. I don't think that's what they'd give us though.

It could be but simguruazure worked on the last kit and she has been a producer from before kits have been a think so that would mean that they have had producers that work on packs work on kits too instead of having a dedicated producer for kits specifically.
