  Hi @GraceyManor , not sure but maybe this old thread may help. You can find all sorts of community and residential lots there and by the looks of it they all have been created with Roaring Heights in mind.

  You could also go through Flora's lots on MTS. While none of them are explicitly for RH, many are Art Deco style and all of them are great. https://modthesims.info/downloads/all/?u=100723

  The easiest way to find out is to check her downloads But as far as I remember most of her lots are CC-free, with very rare exceptions where she used a single object or so. She uses store content of course, especially from Roaring Heights but that shouldn't be a problem if I understood correctly.
