French toast! I also love good waffles, pancakes, and crepes, but they can't be good if they are either frozen, or made from a mix, so being picky, I rarely have them. I have French toast for breakfast several times a week when it's cold out, and tend to have bran flakes with milk when it's hot.
Go to bed hungry. I noticed recently my heart rate goes up an hour after eating so it's not advisable for me to eat something before going to sleep. My high heart rate makes it hard for me to fall asleep. Sometimes I just end up laying in bed until 1-2am.
I tried eating very little for dinner or at least not eat carbs or sugary stuff for dinner, and I can sleep like a baby most of times. Now I understand why they always say to not give kids candy before their bedtime cuz they get too energetic. That's literally me now even tho I'm not a kid. Hahaha.
