Glitch In Game?

Ok, ever since the update and I updated all the mods etc, this has been popping up at the same time every Sim night. Anybody know what it means? I checked my mods I use and none of them have what it says I need. So I'm confused?

A ton of creators realized that using it made updating mods simpler, so they switched to using it. It’s especially helpful because of the game’s monthly patch schedule.
