Your Tiny Starter House is lovely! @luckyheather The exterior design is very nice! The roofing is great and very nice roof covered front entry. The gardening area with Patchy is great! Sims will enjoy doing flower arranging
Thank you @rosemow It turned out more pretty than I intended and the upstairs bedroom has the new Decor wall cover with birds and flowers and I love those Cottage living windows they inspired this home, im glad you think its lovely and that you like the roofing as im trying to get more inventive Thank you.
Luckyheater just tipped me off about this sub-forum, so I'm moving my post here...
Been working since yesterday on something, I'm not sure what? Also, I'm a slow builder.
I wanted to build in Evergreen Harbour, since I love that hood. I wanted to build something small and cheap, and modernish. I wanted have a huge greenhouse to fit in all the plants I've been working on recently getting up to perfect and splicing some of them.
This is what I have this far, I call it Eco Tokyo. A silly name, I know. I know nothing about Tokyo, but this is my interpretation of it...
I would welcome any constructive comments.
@luckyheather Your Tiny Starter is adorable. I love small houses and almost exclusively build and play small.
I don't use CC so if you see something in a screenshot of mine, it's from the game.

Eco Tokyo is a lovely eco style modern home! @GoddessByline The greenhouse design is very great! The kotatsu table and plants area is lovely .The exterior design of the home is very nice, great glass roof front entry area and warm wood walls. The interior furnishings are lovely! The wood texture of the furniture is very nice. Very nice layout and rugs
Since I ended up in completely rebuilding the Windenburg town centre, I also gave the "Waterlock Redoubt" lot a slight overhaul
While rebuilding it, I managed to reuse almost all items from the premade lot. Also I tried to keep all the given colour schemes outside and inside the building. If I had to add any new items, I always used those from the "Get together" expansion. Exceptions are the "Get Famous" arcs and some plants at the walls and in the small park.
If the name is unfamiliar to you, it's the lot where the Behr family lives.

Very lovely makeover of the lot! @Bonxie It is very great! Very lovely exterior design of the home and pretty flowerbox windows. The flowerbeds and the middle water fountain feature are very pretty! They are very lovely designed!
Now 'm slowly getting a grip on my Eco lot with the big greenhouse for Evergreen Harbour.
I've worked around the issues with finding the right door etc... Now I'm going to focus on playing the lot for a few days while I slowly decorate and landscape. Like I've said, I'm no speed builder.

This is the tiny home I started yesterday and I want it to have an Orchard of fruit trees, I have to furnish 1st to see how much money I have left before adding plants as I am trying to keep it a starter. The diagonal shape is proving difficult for rooms inside.
Your tiny home WIP is looking very nice! @luckyheather The exterior design is lovely! I hope the costs go well and that you can add the orchard of trees.
Me too @rosemow I might have to get my sim to plant seeds so they are cheaper, then let them start to grow im hoping I can just put grown ones as I have them at the ready, plus other harvestable plants could be in another small patch. Thanks for saying it looks nice, I want to add more colour with window boxes as it looks a bit dull at the moment.
Very nice starter @luckyheather. I have only built one house on the diagonal, and I hated it. LOL
Too much work and counters and shadows act wonky. Love the exterior though, and most of my sims sooner or later begins to grow veggies.

Thanks @GoddessByline its not easy doing diagonal but I was determined to do one as a challenge for myself Lol.
I did chane the colours as it was too dull and its now uploaded, this is what it looks like now
When i play most my sims have a lot of harvest I just love evolving them and taking cuttings.
My New WIP as I was in a Fantasy/Fairytale mood its a Tower home Tiny home, this is how its going and the inspiration picture. Its one of those lots where its hard to get close unless building.
Your tiny tower WIP is looking very nice! @luckyheather The patterned and stone walls, pond and the steps design are great! It is a lovely fairytale style home
Thanks very much @rosemow its a bit tight inside so the bath is in the bedroom up top but I think it ok for a single sim and im tempted to add a cauldron if it can be added in a starter price. I am pleased you think It is a lovely fairytale style home thank you.
I decided to renovate the "Club Calico" in the "Whiskerman's Wharf" neighborhood of Brindleton Bay.
I hardly noticed that lot at all and I never played with it. It's a quite simple designed Lounge with a bar, a microphone, and a piano. According to the description the highlight is the big pool. Here is a capture of the original - in my opinion worth to spend some time to polish it up.
I didn’t want to spend too much time in a rebuild so I only changed the roofs, rearranged the interieur and tried to add some more details to make it a bit more striking. The EA description says that it is a former yacht club – yeah, so I added some yachts. I don’t know, whether I ever will use it in that new form. But in the end, I had a lot of fun.
Thanks for watching. Hope you like it.

Your makeover of the lounge is lovely! @Bonxie The roofing is very nice and the yachts and gardenbeds are very great! Very creative design of the yacht area! The pergola sitting area is lovely
I've started on my renovation of 18 Culpepper and I have a rough idea of where I want to go with it. I almost always start apartment projects with the kitchen. I like the layout so far, and I have play tested the path around the half wall and bar stool and it wasn't an issue, surprisingly. I'm taking a break to do some housework and errands while I have a think about using DHD counters again and the walls. I wish there was more variety in colors other than blues, greens, and reds/pinks/mauves. I have the variety, but it's all cc.🙂
It is great that you have started your renovation of 18 Culpepper @DaniRose2143 The layout of the kitchen is very nice! Very nice oval stools and stove counter.
Thank you @rosemow. The final version may have different counters but will have the same layout. I love those counters from DHD, and these are the alternate versions of the ones I used in #17. I'm trying to break myself of a habit where I always go back to the same item over and over.

Oh, thank you @rosemow for the heads up. I've had some health issues, and been offline. Nice surprise to come back to.
