Any GP or EP can include a new roof tool: drainpipes and roof gutters in three different versions: plastic, aluminium and metal. Both could be building tools instead wall and roof decoration objects.

Decorative only, but if Seasons is installed, Sims must clean the gutters from the drainpipes to avoid water leaks from the roof.

BG update only could include only the aluminium one, like the Get Together drainpipes.
