Mount Komo Vacation Home is a lovely modern family home! @ThaPhoenix1 Very stylish exterior design, great windows, and very nice carport. The landscaping is very nice! The interior furnishing is lovely! Very stylish design of the rooms! Lovely windows sitting areas in the lounge to enjoy outdoors views. The double wall stoves in the kitchen are great! I love the apartments from City Living. They offer so many possibilities for both renovation, or simply redecorating. One of favorites is 17 Culpepper. I did quick renovation and I'd like to share it with you. I can't upload the rooms right now, I get a message saying the some of the services are unavailable. I will keep checking and as soon as I can I will upload them. The rooms are now available to download. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did making them.
The whole project relied heavily on Dream Home Decorator and a little on Eco Lifestyle. The rest is filled in with items from Cottage Living, City Living, Nifty Knitting, Snowy Escape, Paranormal, Seasons, Blooming Rooms, Get Famous, Tiny Living, Spa Day, Parenthood, Decor To The Max, Kids Room Stuff, Discover University, Dine Out, Vampires, Get To Work, and Cats & Dogs.
Kitchen
The one thing I love in a kitchen, real or sims, is lots of lighting. I do go a little crazy with it, but a dark kitchen is something I have to correct. My signature piece, if you can call it that, in all small apartments like this is getting rid of the dining table and placing a bar for my sims to sit at while they eat or entertain.
Living room & entryway
I tried to keep it simple and not lose my head overdecorating. I also left a large open space between the kitchen and living area along the exterior wall for placing skill item like yoga mats, meditation stools, easels, etc.
Your makeover of the apartment is lovely! @DaniRose2143 Very nice design, layout and lovely furnishing of each area! Very nice blue and grey colours. The stools and bar counter in the kitchen is very nice. Lovely sofa sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv and the window computer study desk is very nice. The bedhead wall art is very nice and lovely patterned flooring in the bathroom.

Hi @DaniRose2143 your apartment makeover looks really nice, love the kitchen area. Can I give you a couple of Tips.
When taking screenshots just press G on keyboard to get rid of the grid. If you want to upload the complete apartment as 1 room, on each room remove 1 piece of wall then put 1 piece of wall outside of the room then lift it into the gap. So then if you click on an outer wall the whole apartment becomes 1 room
What I do is use the wall piece with door in, decorate both sides then lift into gap I hope this info is useful to you.

Thank you so much! I was hoping there was a way with these smaller units to upload them as a lot instead of piecemeal. This will come in handy when I do the other three apartments here in the near future.

Thank you so much @rosemow for saying lovely things about my Bluejay starter I had to just give in to my love of using blue in sims 4 and I also am into grey lately so I used it too Im glad you like my Tiny cottage, thanks.
Thank you @ashcrash19
I think it's nice to have these types of options in addition to the rentals (many players like to think that some of the different worlds are far from each other and in order for their sim/sims to go there, they'd need to book a vacation, so I think it's good to have an option to stay in a "motel" or "hotel" as well). Even though there are no real motels or hotels in the game yet, these types of lots do function quite nicely as such

I was glad to pass on some info as many dont know how to upload a whole apartment @DaniRose2143 and I think I found out by trying things until it worked Hav fun doing the other apartments, oh and if you use bunk beds you need the 2nd height walls at least or they wont use them.
Tiny Fairytale Tudor is a very lovely fairytale starter home! @luckyheather Very pretty exterior design, very nice stone walls, great roofing, lovely fairy statue and the white stone fencing is very nice. The pool is very nice with the swans and water wheel, and great gardening area! The interior furnishings are lovely! Very pretty pink, lavender and grey colors and lovely wall patterns! Very nice rocking chair for sitting and resting. The patterned windows are lovely! The flowers on the tv table are pretty. The hanging star light near the outdoors door is lovely!
@luckyheather I am always open to advice, tips, or critiques of my creations. I'm really new at this and still have a lot to learn. I thought I had come up with another way of saving an apartment as a lot but it turned out it only worked until I started building. I thought if I'm doing a complete renovation I would just bulldoze the entire apartment, and then save the shell, but you probably already knew how that would work out. I thought it felt a little too easy,😁
Luckily the Culpepper units are all middle height walls so I'm good there. I hadn't really thought about bunk beds but they are something I'm thinking about now when I get to 19 and 20 Culpepper. I was going to make them more for a couple with a child, but why not two kids.🤔
With #19 I'm wrestling with what to do with the items for "Needs TLC". I would like to remove them but if I do, does that automatically put it into the custom content category? I have time to think about it, because of that lot trait I'm saving that one for last.
ETA: I just saw your Tiny Fairytale Tudor and it is gorgeous! It blends in with the Windenberg aesthetic so seamlessly.
@luckyheather That tiny cottage looks amazing! I'm impressed by how much detail and how many objects you managed to fit in with the budget. I would never have guessed that this was a starter home when just looking at it.
Thanks very much @rosemow@DaniRose2143 and @SerraNolwen I do try to make a home look as good as I can inside and out even when its a starter thank goodness for debug!
4 Students Tiny Starter is a very lovely tiny living students starter townhouse! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design, and great outdoors areas!Very nice basketball and dj booth and dancing areas. The bikes are great for the students to use! The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! Very nice and stylish black and white colour of the kitchen and the chequered flooring pattern is great. Very nice computer study desk area for the students to do their studies. They will enjoy playing chess and building skills. Very nice blue and grey colors of the bedrooms. The bathroom wall tiling is very nice
Thank you so much @rosemow for such a nice review of my students starter I thought four students in a home would be fun to play or even 4 people sharing so bills are shared Thanks for saying how nice the outside areas are and the interior layout is lovely as in a tiny home its not easy
Thanks very much @rosemow@DaniRose2143 and @SerraNolwen I do try to make a home look as good as I can inside and out even when its a starter thank goodness for debug!
I need to remember that in the future when I get back to doing houses. Well, now that I think about it, it could come in handy for my community lots and Torrendi Tower in my San Myshuno makeover. Thank you for bringing that up!
