    So I just got a bunch of venues on the sims 3 store

    As the message says I went and bought a few venues like the tiny tot play centre and the ballet dance studio. I was wondering what would I put them as for the community lot? Would it be visitors allowed? Or would the ballet school be a dance club seeing as it’s about dancing? Sorry I’m trying to place them in my game and go to them. Thanks.

      The store venues already are designated by lot types. You can give the empty lot any community lot designation you want, and as soon as you place the store lot, it will change it to the correct type. The Skylight Studio is designated as a gym, and if you want, you can remove whatever gym is already in the world you're playing in, and use the dance studio instead. If you want to use store venues to replace existing ones, all you have to do is place them in the world, then you can see what their function is. But as far as I know, most of them don't replace lots that are already in worlds, they just add to them.
