Probably because I was wearing too-short drawstring Marvel pajama pants that aren't even mine, a very backwoods-looking heavy plaid buttonup "hunting shirt" open over an old t-shirt, and sandals with socks. I can get pretty fussy about it if I have to dress up, though, so I try to avoid situations where it's necessary.
