More hair styles for older sims?

I'm sorry, I had to post this here as attachments aren't allowed in the feedback or ideas sections. At least, not for me.
So, we have a ton of teen, young adult, and adult styles, but less so when it comes to older males (and females as well). I'd like something that reflects a wider variety of styles, such as thinning but still long. See image of Phil Collins, below. Not all adults and elders have the same styles. But most of the ones we have seem to be similar to each other with little variance. Okay, so one is parted on the other side. If they're thining, it's also really short. What about a proper comb-over?
