I think you can find quite a few of them on the Sims Community site. Not sure if they have every past survey available or not but I did read through a bunch that I never participated in last year because I was not into TS4 very much at the time when they were released.
From the surveys I've seen the only ideas I care to see from them is American high school they also had cheerleading as an option but not football since they hate male Sims, Bands, Modern Love and Romance but only if it adds in an attraction system and shopping mall seeing how no real thought was put into Get to Work retail is clearly needs its own pack.
Sims 4 went from "You Rule" to "One of the stories we want you to tell"
Modern Love and Romance. From love at first sight to digital dating, discover a wide variety of relationship types for your Sims. Explore their desires, taste and preference. Take them on a journey to discover what works for them.
Too bad we didn't get this in the wedding pack, but that gives me hope a relationship overhaul will come in a different pack one day or maybe a free update.
I really hope we get American high school with high school musical anesthetic like the jock, cheer uniform, and how they had cliches groups like skaters and the brainiacs.
With all respect to those who want it, a high school pack is at the absolute bottom of my wish list. To take a Sim first through high school and then through University is more time then I want to put on a single Sim.

Do you feel the same way about active careers for adults or do you leave them to rabbit holes only? For me high school would be the active career for teens a way to not have them completely unplayable for hours of the day seeing as many households they are the main Sim I play.

I would love a high school pack. I play the teen Sims the least because they have nothing to do really, just some homework. They already are in high school, so it would be nice if some days I could actively play them on a high school lot. I play on aging off, so my teens don't go to University. Mostly I would really just like some more activities for them to do, but it doesn't necessarily have to come in a pack dedicated to them. Sports teams like football, cheerleading, baseball, clubs like yearbook committee, music etc., teen aspirations, some more personality etc.
I don't want active high school. There are other sims in (most of) my households and having to actively play a teen for the entire day 5 out of 7 days a week is too much. Just mho.
But I would absolutely LOVE if we got more after school activities, like sports, cheerleading, school newspaper, ballet, etc. And I would be thrilled if at least some of those involved active rather than away interactions.
Another cool thing for teens (and children) that I'd love if they added and made into "live" rather than away things which I don't see mentioned very often by other simmers is summer camps. I think it would be cool to be able to send teens and children off to 'summer camp".
And there could be different kinds of summer camps, just like irl. Those would be cool for 'active' components for teens/children, imo. "This one time, at band camp.." translated into simlish.
I would love a school pack (not just high school, school in general) with which you can build your own school and do your own curriculum (which skills the teens/kids need to learn on which day etc - so you make classes). I would also love more after school activities, bands and more playable sports - why can't my Sims play real basketball or baseball (well I don't need it with all the rules, but you know, they don't play real chess matches either) or why's there no ballet?

I can see them doing it similarly to GTW active careers where we can follow a particular teen that day (or maybe multiple in the same household) or let them go alone and stay home with the rest of the household.
This would be ideal for households with rabbithole careers, and give me something to do while the adults are off at work. When it's the adult's day off, I could send the kids alone and spend the day with the adult.
For households that have active careers I would have to alternate between them and the teens, but that adds variety while playing that household. Gig work could be done around school hours for everyone except actors.
Maybe they could have different subjects on different days, or allow you to learn any way you want as long as it builds the associated skill? That would keep things interesting too, as you could actively play only the subjects that interest you, or that interest that teen.
I think I'd enjoy that kind of gameplay. It would also improve the social lives and add additional rites of passage for teens.

That might be kind of fun but We already have University. HS is kind of the last thing I want at this point, The Sims4 has started to feel like a Pre-Teen game lately with the fashion and the low key social and cottage core content. We need something to breath some life into our Sims. The likes and Dislikes they added really does nothing and does not affect game play really.
I'm curious to know if TS4 will get some of these themes
"Get Real" (Reality TV) (This is possible via streaming your life in GF)
"Entrepreneur" (Home business) - Some progress with this with Spa Day refresh
Nope
Get Real - It's time to become a reality star!
Join the cast of Sliced n' Diced to compete against other chefs, Finding Love to become the most desired bachelor/bachelorette, or Runway Takeoff to become a fashion design star.

Ah, I thought it was the Home Businesses one, which you can run as a Wellness Specialist.
Reality TV can be done with things like the Bachelor(ette) Challenge/Hunger Games plus GF features like videos and streaming. The idea of it is the same, even if the specific coding isn't in place to support it. I can see this kind of thing coming as a multi-stage Scenario or something instead.
i'd rather see a "fix the game we already have" DLC which will be available for free. not gonna spend another cent untill they actually start delivering quality for my buck because i am tired of the EA executive greed! i do not blame the devs, it are the greedy executives who force them to rush content at the cost of game quality.
With Get Real it would be a good opportunity to use the skills and challenge the NPC townies in order to win a big price.
Rivalry and Rewarded talent are missing in The Sims.
that would work if it was in TS 3 where the town wasn't dependant on the actives being around. in this game the world doesn't progress at all if you're not around so you would pretty much always win if you just skill build at home and proceed to facestomp every NPC with ease

I can't remember what other things were on surveys and I'm too lazy to go looking for it lol.
I found this, burb marks, prosthetics and body hair should already be here, EA needs to step up its game.
Lol I completely forgot we still don't have body hair. I've been using that incredible CC from LumiaSims all this time.

The Sims 4 General DiscussionNice find! Very interesting ideas, at lest 3 years of content.
For example careers could be added in kit packs

The Sims 4 General DiscussionYes I would absolutely love some rivalry and drama in The Sims
I was hoping for home business. Their suggestions look like improved combination of Dream Home Decorator and Get Together cafe system.
