I have a feeling that the [Redacted] pack will bring us model and/or fashion designer career.

Hope it is stiletto heeled shoes or boots, dark black men's dress shoes or toddler sneakers. I wish they could make all the existing sneakers and flat shoes available to children and toddlers.

Isn't that a variation on the current roadmap art? It has the peacock, the tiger and the wedding ring in it. That said, I'm totally all for a fashion designer career, but I wasn't sure if that would be in the cards since they added stylists.

@Stormkeep I totally agree! They need to add (redacted) and stop adding the same old copy and paste(redacted) items to the game. When will we get (redacted) in the Sims 4.

So many players asking for juicier gameplay, I wish they’d do some kind of scandal pack..

Hmm... I think that with Kit packs, they have set the limit for the stuff packs as Bust the Dust kit is sp22 while Paranormal stuff is sp18. This would mean we have 4 stuff packs left.

    But it could always change...

Nah these wont' be for a kit. Remember, kits don't replace stuff packs. They said so.

    /sarcasm/
It's kind of sad that I have to point out that anything I say is only just my opinion and may be a different one from someone else.

Probably three sets of shoes made by a player. I'm not getting my hopes up again for The Sims 4, been let down too much. They should fix the game instead of knocking out packs like nothing.

I just hope that these shoes aren't for a kit. I don't have any problems with kits being a thing, but they seriously need to cool it with the kit releases for a while. I think the focus should be on expansions, pack refreshes and bug fixes.

I think we need to start giving our feedback to them the way they give us information about what they are working on.

    Dear Maxis,
I have strong [redacted] feelings about [redacted], so I hope you [redacted].

I 100% agree. I get that the Gurus are probably bound by some sort of non-disclosure agreement. But the lack of transparency in the gaming industry in the last 5-10 years or so is a big reason why I’ve gravitated more towards indie games.

Remember when you’d get an insert with your Sims 2 disc that would tell you what the next expansion was?

I’ve been loving games like My Time at Portia and 7 Days to Die where they’re like “here are all of the things we’re working on for the next update.” And they’d tell you if certain things had to be pushed to a future update. That’s way better than radio silence, then “Surprise! Pack is coming out next week!”

Totally agree. I miss those days and hate how now they keep their silence before announcing new content 😞😞

A pair of shoes is what is exciting them about the pack? I'm sure it will be another female cas asset yawn.

My thoughts exactly. I'm so over all this.

I'm a bit tired of it too, ever since they started with "redacted" tweets or just tweets about how excited they are about the next pack it has always resulted in the community being disappointed because they thought it was something else because they imagined what would make them excited about an upcoming pack. Not what the devs thought was exciting.

I also don't think it's a good idea to tweet about that at all because it puts a lot of pressure on the devs.

Yeah, it was cute and all when StrangerVille released, and I get that the whole [Redacted] thing was part of the charm, but three years later and it just doesn't hit the same.

Speculation has always been wild, and I'll admit that there have been times where I've enjoyed being wrapped up in it, but perhaps it's time to revert back to when they would tell us what it isn't so that the community can curb their expectations to some extent. I remember them doing that a while back, and it definitely helped to stop things getting way out of hand.
    Sims 4 Wish List:
    • > Option to toggle on/off random townie generation.
    • > Turn vacation worlds into residential worlds.
    • > Option to purchase separate worlds or a world pack.
    • > Sleepwear kit.
    • > Atomic age kit.

I agree. The redacted has been done so many times by now. Btw, do they ever come back to such a tweet and let us know what they actually meant?

Either tell us what to expect, or nothing at all. But this constant teasing is becoming irritating. I liked how things were done in the sims 2 era where we would get the theme of the next EP half a year in advance. It gave something to look forward to.

I really really really hope we finally get a new occult lifestate, preferably werewolves.

If it's not an occult pack, I'm probably not gonna be all that interested. They can redact all they like, until I hear/read the words 'new occult pack' I'll just be over here tapping my foot impatiently ;)

So I’m curious, has any sim guru said that the redacted shoe feature is going to be in a patch, or will actually be coming in a pack itself? I don’t use Twitter so I depend on the forums for information.

@ncisGibbs02 @Stormkeep I miss the shopping of Sims 2 with the clothing and grocery shopping. A definite missed opportunity with GTW.

I had a mall build in Sims 2 complete with food court, clothes shops, toy stores, beauty salon, Cafe, Arcade, and a Grocery outlet. I loved that lot.

It does seem like it might be a stuff pack coming. I'm glad to hear it because I don't care for the kits. Not that the kits aren't nice because they are, just haven't seen any that really appeal to me. So I hope that it is a new stuff pack or a pack refresh.

All I know, is that if the shoes tweet is literally a hint towards new shoes in game, I will not be impressed haha!

    Shoes?
    Types of

    Horseshoes
    Ballet shoes
    Surgical shoes or boots
    Seven league boots (Fairytale)
    Red shoes ( "" )
A device for holding multiple decks of playing cards, (Casino)

    Shoe shop?

In other words I'm completely at a loss! :|
I'd be happy with any of the above but I expect it'll be only one pair of shoes in the end. :'(

Their likely working on the Next Expansion Pack or Stuffpack. Remember we will be getting the Spring/Summer Roadmap very soon probably in Early April so the Expansion will Probably be revealed and the gurus can go into detail what their teasing us about.

I'm pretty sure (no evidence though!) That it'll be generations.

(Baby) shoes, baby showers, mentoring scenario, loads of family/kid references in the bottles in MWS.

Also the MWS trailer that showed memories etc.
