Looking for a vampire mod. Can you help?

I'm trying to find a mod I saw before that lets townie/nonplayed vampires level up the vampire skill. I think their level was based on the age they were when they turned? I've been playing around with vampires more in my current save, and my vampire sim has turned a bunch of sims, so I thought it might be a useful mod to have. Does it sound familiar to anyone?

Was it maybe the occult mode for MCCC? You should read the very last setting at the bottom of the page:

I don’t know about a mod, but I use cheats to level up the vampire skill of unplayed vampires. It does require playing them for a moment or so, but basically you just type in a cheat code which gets them up to whatever level you choose. All the codes are on this website:

Then, I just leave them and carry on playing my active household.

Don’t know if this is what you’re after though.

It is a MCCC feature. Thanks. I'm not sure how I missed that before.

Greetings. There used to be a mod called "Blood not plasma". As of today apparently the site https://modthesims.info/ where one could find it is down. Can't seem to find it anywhere else. Can anyone help me with it?

I had no problem accessing the MTS page. The problem is that mod has not been supported since 2019 and may no longer work. I can't tell from the comments page for the mod on MTS what the current status is.
